Lollipop
The young girl was walking with Jin. This time, he wasn't touching her.
He had two good reasons for that:
One, he knew Namjoon had cleared up a lot of things so her mind was filled with foggy thoughts about it.
Probably not good ones. Two, Namjoon probably couldn't keep any distance so she's already triggered. One little spark and she would go crazy.
Literally, crazy.
Jin stole a glance at her.
Her face seemed calm, but he knew exactly she was anything but calm, for why anyone who had gone through the same things as her wouldn't have been able to remain as sane as her.
So he guessed she used some medical help when he wasn't paying much attention.
'Sneaky girl.' He smiled.
He glanced down.
The way she was hiding her hands in her hoodie's pockets, he knew she was fiddling her fingers so aggressively, her nails were probably bleeding.
Jin was almost sure her mind was an overthinking mess. He was never wrong when he read people's faces.
Even if they were blank.
Since the day Namjoon started the business he had full trust in the elder man. Seokjin was like an older brother to him.
He was his right-hand man. Jin arranged everything. The dates, the meetings, their men, their minions, their schedule, everything.
Sometimes he even arranged the dirty actions. He kept everything in order and prevented any kind of conflict.
He had an important role, that was for sure. Namjoon knew he would have had a harder time if Jin wasn't around, so he low-key respected him more to show his gratefulness.
The calm man and the agitated girl arrived at the massive kitchen.
He felt Kurai's body tense up beside him.
'So as expected, she's not comfortable in large spaces filled with strangers,' he thought to himself.
The young girl didn't want to go there.
It was just a goddamn kitchen but she just didn't want to go. She slowly took a step back and hid her small body behind Jin's broad shoulders.
She heard him chuckle.
The young girl's actions were childish and she knew.
Well, she couldn't help it though.
The dark haired man took out his phone and he seemingly typed a message.
Meanwhile, Kurai looked at the crowd.
She saw a man dressed in white check his phone. Then, he quickly started talking in a loud voice, telling all of the staff in the kitchen to leave and call it a day.
About ten people or more started rushing out. All of them bowed respectfully as they passed by while some shot curious glances over to Kurai.
After the whole place was emptied, Jin turned around to the small girl who was still hiding behind him, he somehow found her actions cute and gave her a bright smile.
"Come on sweetie, let's go."
Kurai looked at him, slightly surprised.
'He didn't even use his voice...' She thought while entering the kitchen with him.
