Waking up felt like a stab to the gut. I felt pain bubble up and it grew too much to bare. I shot up and let out a howl in pain. I cringe as my body throbs in pain, a hand gently pushes me down back onto the bed. With blurry eyes I follow the hand all the way up to a familiar face.

"Easy baby sister, it's going to be okay," he whispers, I felt my heart clench at the sound of his voice. "Wyatt?" I whisper weakly, the man smiles brightly "Hey," He whispers softly. I lung forward and wrap my arms around his shoulders. I ended up knocking us off balance and we both fell back onto the bed.

I couldn't find my self to care though, all I focused on was the warmth of his body and his woodland scent, I soon found my self crying into his shoulder, "Hey it's gong to be okay, is going to be okay now." He whispers. "But its not." I cry, "Dad is missing and the only person that knows where he is went on the run. I lost the the only thing I have of him because of some stupid boy! And now Auradon is on high alert because Hades made an attempt to escape!" I stress.

"Hey! None of that, you can't be stressing out in your condition." He warns, pulling away to give me a stern look. "I'm the commander of the King's royal guard Wyatt! Where have you been huh? You have no right to tell me what and what not I can stress about!" I snap. Wyatt's eyes flash a dangerous yellow, "Is that what you think? Didn't dad tell you? Did he tell you why I left?" He growls.

My heart sinks, no he didn't. The air around us became still, like a bird shot from the sky. "Dad really doesn't tell you anything ," He whispers, I kept my gaze locked onto my hands unwilling to look at him. "Blair, look at me." He commands, I pull my gaze up to him and he gives me a soft pained smile.

He still had deep brown eyes  and his hair is still brown and scruffy with it's small truffe of white at the very front. His large hands cups mine and I let my eyes wander up his arms, they're still littered with the same scratch marks from when we were kids but now there are some new one and a few spots and bands of tattoos that covers his arm.

"Do you know why I left?" He questions softly as his thumbs strokes the back of my palms, when I shook my head he let out a small sigh. "It was so I could give you your best chance." He answers, "When I turned sixteen the late King started a special force. He was making it in case a villain ever got out of the Isle. What better way to fight villains than with another villain  right? So he came to Isle and hand picked me, our dad saw an opportunity to get me out and he took it. But before I left he made me promise I would find a way to get you taken off to." He explains quietly.

"The new proclamation," I realize, "There were only suppose to four, but I manage to convince Beast to add one more...You." He  replies. "Why haven't you come to see me?" I whisper, "My team and I are under the radar. We're not allowed to have much interaction with anyone outside command. But know this baby sister, the day I found out you became a commander I have never felt more proud to call you family." He smiles.

I felt my eyes water slightly, Wyatt presses his forehead against mine. " Why are you here now? Uma is out shouldn't you be looking for her?" I question, "I was but when I heard you got hurt I rushed here. With dad missing your all I have left and I can't let anything happen to you." He coos softly.

"While you were out I was able to talk to The king, we talked about my position on the secret force and I told him I would like to resign as commander." He whispered, "Why?" I shriek. "Because I can't be commander and your big bother at the same time. I think we both know I'm going to pick you over some high position." he scoffs.
