It's all changed from what it use to be, We've all grown up from the little juvenile kids we were to now. All of us grown and taking on larger roles in life. Me? I've grown too, I've grown from that messy sports manger, to the commander of King Ben's private guard.
Ben allowed me to dress as I please but I still kept it somewhat professional.
But there's always been something missing, ever since we tangoed with Uma. My father's coat has been missing on the Isle, I've gone back to look for it many times. Even Harry ,who ultimately had to be sent back, has looked for it.
And lets not forget my father is STILL missing, from when Uma kidnapped me. Harry said only she knows where he is, and ever since he told me I dove head first into the search for her. Mal's anxiety pressures her into looking as well, The Queen's anxiety has been pressuring her into looking for Uma.
But for now...It's Vk day, I'm not Commander Wolf of the King's royal guard. I'm Blair the Lost Isle Rouge, and I'm picking a new Vk to get a chance at a better life. I'd rather be sent to Hades than show up in my uniform. So, I change before joining the other four at the limo.
"Ugh it feels SO good to get out of that uniform," I grin wickedly as I roll my shoulders. "Honestly Blair could you really consider this out of Uniform? This is far more intimating, you might just scare the kids off! " Jay smirks. "Listen street rat, let me have my moment!" I sneer playfully flashing him my glowing eyes.
Jay laughs before leaning back in his chair, "I wish I had more time on this trip," I sigh. "To find your dad?" Mal whispers, "Or at least his coat." I grumble. I leave the conversation by directing my attention to the world out side and I couldn't help by smirk as the barrier broke. Officially announcing our arrival to the Isle of the Lost.
I manage to hop out first with a wolfish grin, I pop my leather jacket before strutting down the streets of the Isle. Some of us, like Evie and I, already have certain people we've chosen to take back. But, I still collect applications as I make my way to Blair Wolf Cove, a special place in town where the houses are made of ply wood and the residence are known shifters.
A place where Villains like Scar, Lucifer, and of course Sher Khan like to prowl. Sher Khan, one of the only shifters on the Isle that could take on my father. Which is why I will be taking his son, Silas Kit, to Auradon. I've seen Silas around during my visits to look for my father, an interesting little cub he is.
Silas has dark sun kissed skin, but he paints it with black strips from his legs all the way up to his face. His hair is orange, too orange for it to be natural but he has a few black streaks of black nestled in there. But what I really like about him is his eyes, Naturally they are a hazel brown but as soon as his shift is triggered they turn into gold with cat like slits.
As soon as I get to the cove I'm surrounded by shifters, I take each piece of paper gratefully, but I work my way all the way to Silas who lounges across the roof top soaking up what sun he can. "What's up kit?" I tease, his eyes snap open and instantly flash me his golden eyes. "I thought I told you not to call me that!" He growls, I let an amused snort, "Your a long ways away from telling me what to do jungle cub." I smirk.
I hold my hand out and I watch him huff with pick cheeks as he pulls out a neatly folded paper from under orange tanned vest. As soon as it's in my hand he pushes up his shoulder to hide his face from me behind the black fur that lines his vest.
"Come on Kit, It's Vk day. LET'S CELEBRATE!" I grin as the shifters around rawer in excitement.
I lead Silas back to entrance singing and dancing as we walk, until we join a dance crowd at the entrance. I howl to the song as I lead the giant group in a dance, a sense of freedom soaks me to the very bone as I jump and and spin with the entire crowd.
That is until Mal waves to the top of an over hang, "WHO WANTS TO GO WITH US HUH?" I scream to the crowd. Mal and Evie both cheer on the crowd as they scream back. I watch as the crowd collects all the remaining applications before the five us take them and huddle into out own little circle.
Carefully we decide who we're taking, but for me and Evie it was a no brainer. We all eventually decided who would get to be coming with us. Carefully I scan the crowd until my eyes find Silas off in a dark corner stalking the heard of people like the predictor he is.
"I wish we could take you with us," I call out with a small smile, "And hopefully one day we will, but for now we'll be coming back!" I grin. "So many times your probably going to get sick of us." Mal adds, "SOO Sick of us." I groan causing a round of laughter from the crowd.
"Can I get a drumroll?" I ask, and right on cue the crowd starts stomping. "First we have the Granddaughter of Lady Tremaine and the Daughter of Drizzella, My dearest friend, My Dizzy." Evie spoke softly. I smile as I watch Dizzy squeal in excitement, she stomps in place before rushing her face to the over hang with us.
"Next we have the Son of Smee, Come on Squeaky!" Carlos called, I smile as the small boy waves good bye to his father and twin. It hurt for a second, but I knew it will end in the best. "And no way we're splitting up twins! So get over here Squirmy" Jay cheers, A smile broke onto my face at the other twin's excitement. See it all turns out for the best.
"And Next we have the prince of the Jungle! Son of Sher Khan! Silas Kit!" I call to the boy. Silas's eyes widen before narrowing in on me. I shot him a wink before jerking me over, gesturing for him to join me. My heart swells as the boy sprints and jumps up the walls before flipping into a landing where I stand. "No wonder you chose him, he remind of you." Evie whispers. I roll my eyes and shove her with my shoulder as Mal's turn to announce came.
" And last but certainly not least we picked this girl because we all agreed she could use just a little bit of Fairy God Mother's goodness class. Give it up for Dr. Facilier's Daughter Celia!" Mal calls. I clap with an amused smirk as the smug girl struts her way up, "I see why you chose here," I mock to Mal. Mal only rolls here eyes at me as I shot her a wolfish grin.
"We'll be back you next week, So pack you stuff." I smile, "Stuff that's yours." Jay stresses with a teasing smirk. "I hope I shouldn't have you warn you right Silas?" I question with crossed arms and a raised eyebrow. Silas kicks at the dirt with a pout, "No ma'am," She mutters spitefully as he remembers to use the manners I taught him.
"Already grooming him?" Carlos teases, "Not in the slightest he's just a fast learner." I snip. Jay lets out a long sigh and pats Silas's shoulder, "I'm almost sorry you have mama wolf Blair looking out for you," He whispers. "Ah yes, I recall those times." Carlos hums in mocking thought.
"Come on meat heads, let's leave the kids be, we have stuff to take care of remember?" I snap, "yes mother," The two boys drown together mockingly. I shake my head and follow after them as they leads back down to the limo. I must say though, all in all this trip has gone rather smoothly.
