A drenched Elizabeth was thrown to the floor and kicks to the stomach shortly followed. "fuck you." she muttered, but you could hear that forcefulness when her words came out.
Yates looked down at her but he felt no remorse for what he was doing. "you have one day." he smirked as he bent down to lift her up by the hair, clenching her hair tight. "your team won't find you." he added on as he threw her down again.
Elizabeth knew that she had to save her strength for the attack that she was planning. "i'll be back." Tommy said as he tightened the ropes before he grabbed his keys to his van, and then he left her alone to suffer the coldness and the pain.
"screw this." she whispered as she forced herself to sit up on the damp floor to access more views of the building she was in. Elizabeth spotted a knife that was used on her as a method of torture, but she was going to use that to her advantage.
Back on the other side of the city, her team had been awake for thirty six hours straight, trying to find their lost team mate. "where is she?!" Spencer yelled as he stared at the board in front of him and his team.
"calm down Reid, we'll find her." JJ spoke to calm her friend down, all was worried that they will find her dead but no one wanted to think that. "have we gone over all locations that Yates' is known to frequent?" Emily popped up with an idea.
"he does like to revisit his crimes." Rossi stated.
Garcia took that as a sign to search up all known locations that he had used and she searched up to see if any abandoned buildings had power usage in them. "wait! i think i found something." she squeaked as she pushed her glasses up.
The team gathered around the round table to listen to what she had found. "an abandoned building in MacAruther Boulevard NW, has had sky rockets of power usage." Garcia spoke as Hotch listened to devise a plan.
"it's a lead, let's go." Hotch ordered as everyone nodded before rushing out of the conference room and down to the SUV's. "let's hope he didn't speed up the process." Rossi made sure that he made a promise to himself that they would find her.

Yates' had arrived back at the building two hours later, he had returned back with a black bag. "back so soon." she looked up from the floor, the blood dripping down her nose and the cut on her forehead.
"couldn't leave you for that long now, could i?" he smirked as he placed the bag down but she heard the zip open and the clunk of metal bashing together. "i heard to borrow this from a mate." he spoke as he walked over, holding an ice pick.
Elizabeth straightened herself up as he bent down in front of her, making sure that the ice pick was in the correct place before he shoved it in her. "mmm." she bit down on her lip, trying to conceal the scream that followed, she didn't want to please him that she was in pain.
Yates stood up after stabbing her four times with the pick and he then walked back to the mysterious bag, "this is the right time." she thought as he had his back to her and he couldn't see her coming.
The kidnapped stood up as she dropped the ropes as she crept closer towards Yates before she jumped on his back and her legs were instantly around his neck, bringing both down to the floor. "ouch you bitch!" he yelped as he landed harshly on his back.
Elizabeth kicked him back as she stood up, getting into a fighting stance... she was ready for him and his attacks. "i'm ready for you." she clicked her knuckles as she watched him get up from the floor.
She saw the attacker grab a knife from the table and suddenly, it was swinging in her face in a instant but Elizabeth was able to dodge it before it sliced her. The trained hand to hand agent wrapped her leg around his and flipped him around, a groan following shortly after he landed on the ground.
Yates stood up again and he was rushing towards her, and she was pinned up against the wall. "that hurt." he growled as he punched her in the face then one in the stomach. "so did that." she hissed as she head butted him and he fell backwards.
The team was five minutes out and all was bouncing in the chairs, and they wondered if she was still alive. Derek wondered if she was still alive. "come on!" he hit the wheel as soon as they hit the traffic that came when they joined the main road.
"move!" he yelled as he tried to figure out a way to get out of the traffic to go save his girl... "his girl?" he thought to himself but the man shrugged it off. "go on the pavement." Rossi ordered as he was struggling to contain his anger but his determination to find his non related daughter.
Morgan followed his superior's orders, as he hacked it onto the pavement with the sirens blaring with lights following. Hotch wondered what his agent was doing but he decided to follow suit as saving Elizabeth was worth more than a ticket from the law.
"okay, we're here." JJ stated as her SUV pulled up first as herself, Morgan and Rossi got out of the car.... vests on and guns out, they were ready to ambush this place. "okay, you three take the back." Hotch ordered as himself, Emily and Spencer got ready to take the front.
"fuck you!" Elizabeth hissed as she kicked him away from her and just kept kicking him till he couldn't catch his breath. "you are vile!" she bent down to get to his level as he closed his eyes... making Elizabeth believe he was down.
But he was able to trick her... he sat up and punched her in the face which made Elizabeth fall on her back, making Yates' sit over her and the punches just kept coming, making her eyes swell but she couldn't see anything.
"get down! FBI!" both heard voices and she knew she was safe. "Yates, get off her!" Rossi commanded as he stepped behind him, his gun trained to his head. Yates' stood up and got off her but he just stood there, not moving which confused all of the six agents.
Tommy got ready to run but a shot was heard and he was down.... Emily had shot him and he landed right next to Elizabeth's barely conscious body. "jesus." she muttered as his eyes just stared at her but there was no life behind them.
"hey! you're going to be okay." JJ and Emily rushed over to the injured friend, helping her up. "paramedics are outside." Spencer informed them as he helped guide the three girls towards them. "she'll need a CAT scan when she gets to the hospital." he ordered as they loaded Elizabeth into the ambulance.
"you're safe." was the last words she heard from Derek before she passed out.
