Hi guys! I was rereading a few of my chapters and I hope I don't write too fast lolol, anyways enjoy! Also...I imagine my chapters out before hand, so I hope I don't accidentally repeat any lines. XD
Y/n POV:
My eyes opened to an angry voice somewhere in front of me. Where am I? My whole body was shaking. My head anxiously moved left and right hoping to see something familiar, but everywhere was dark. Am I going to die? Fear consumed me. My mouth tried to call for help, but no sound came out. My mind was racing. What should I do? My eyes could foggily make out a couple shapes through the cloth that was obstructing my vision. Meanwhile, the grumbling voice seemed to be closer than before. Footsteps grew louder. Someone's coming.
"So you're finally awake? That's good. Okay," He paused, "I need you to listen for five minutes okay? That's all I need." A husky voice was directly in front of me now. I inched to pull away, but something must have been keeping me in this chair. The impatient voice continued, "Y/n, I'm not going to hurt I just need your help."
This is bad. I need to get out of here. My body was still frozen still. Do I time travel? But how far do I go back? What time is it even now? The memory of the dark street cluttered my head.
My head flinched feeling a gruff hand yank the blind fold off over my head. My hair tugged at the process pulling my eyes upward. Ow A familiar pounding headache came back.
Even without the blindfold every thing was blurry. A dizziness filled my head, and it was getting harder to think. A tall black clothed heavy set man stood in front of me. His breath wreaked of cigarettes, and his black hair was wet with grease. He was in a loose fit black hoodie and tattered black jeans. What really struck me about him though were his eyes. Something about the way the way they moved sent chills down my spine. Anxious and wild like they could snap at any minute. His muddy boots clamored back and forth the room. He seemed familiar, but I couldn't focus enough to tell from quite where. "w-who are you?" I stuttered.
Ignoring my question he spoke. "I want to you lend me your time travel ability for a little bit and I'll be on my way...OH!" His expression turned more sinister and almost giddy, "and before you think about wrecklessly time traveling away; You should know I have something you will probably want."
I swallowed, "What are you talking about?" Is this lunatic trying to blackmail me?
An unsettling grin spread across his face as his pacing stopped, so he could tower over me. "Lets just say I've met your little boyfriend recently"
Boyfriend? Wait? Is he trying to say he did something to Jungkook?! My mouth dropped down to my stomach and I couldn't help but welp out my next words. "Stop it! You're lying!" Heat was bubbling in my cheeks, and the throbbing in my head continued.
His wild eyes darted around the room. "Although...If I'm being honest, I kind of really hate him." His teeth gritted at the thought, "I mean, what does he have that I don't?" His voice started raising.
"What did you do to Jungkook?" I don't know if this guy is lying or not but I couldn't help but take the bait. It's not like I've seen him recently to know where he actually is. Either way I felt my emotions start to fume.
The man sighed, "Unfortunately, he is fine, and he will stay that way as long as you do me one little favor."
I opened my mouth to speak, but his phone rang shifting his attention. His fierce face drastically shifted to excitement upon seeing the screen. Quickly answering the phone he skipped off the to kitchen. huh? Faintly, I could hear mumbles from the other room.
This is my chance. I quickly scanned the room surveying my options while he was gone. My jeans and hoodie I was wearing were still the same from the last I remember. The small living room I was in looked to be a run down apartment. The windows and drapes were all closed and the light was dim. My arms were tied together behind the chair along with a brown rope material securing my waist to the seat. Meanwhile, my feet were stuck crossed together making it difficult to stand. Around me there was a medium sized blue couch and above a circular clock hanging on the wall. It read 2:45. Considering it was dim in the room I would be guessing it was in the early morning. Assuming it was the same day, I could have only been out a few hours. However judging by how I felt...and smelled, I very well could have been out a couple days.
I could make out that there was two doors in my view. Both looked the same except, one had a lock over it, and the other looked to lead out the front. The blindfold laid below me and had been taken off for a little bit now so the fact that my vision was still blurry was concerning. Do I have a concussion? My stomach dropped at the thought. In this state, I don't even know if I would survive another time jump. My body shivered thinking of the last night mare I had. That's only a last resort option Y/n.
Another problem was that he may or may not have Jungkook. If I travel now would I be able to save him without knowing where he is? And if I took a really long time to wake up, would he be okay being kidnapped by this psychopath?
My arms tried to pull apart desperately and to my surprise, it didn't feel as tight as I initially thought; so I continued to squirm. Almost got it. With each tug, my arms had slightly more mobility. Soon angry footsteps sounded like they were heading back for my direction. Moments later, the man came rushing back in a hurry to the living room. Pure rage now covered his face. Uh oh. Something is different about him now.
"It will all be fixed soon. Don't worry James." The man erratically mumbled to himself. The demon eyes fixated on me. "You." My nerves jumped. "I can't deal with you right now; Your face is pissing me off." He started grumbling towards me.
"Hey!" He effortlessly lifted up the chair I was bound to. "Let me go!" Screaming for help and thrashing about I tried to escape. The more I struggled, the more I could fight back. It wasn't much use though, James didn't seem to carry my chair for long before stopping at the door with the lock. His left hand yanked the lock off and ripped open and unveiled a dark basement. My hand finally made its way free but not before he went tossing me and my chair down a medium sized flight of stairs.
The world was spinning as I fell closer and closer to the concrete ground that rushed to meet me. Luckily, the chair took most of the fall and with my free hands I could lessen the blow when I reached the bottom. On impact, the legs of the wooden chair snapped and I laid crooked on the ground.
Moments after, a loud shutting sound came from the heavy door accompanied by a couple more noises of furniture being moved. Struggling to pick myself up, I inched myself back upwards, "Come on Y/n" My lips spoke to myself.
My body was startled by a faint soft voice from the darkness across the room, "Y- Y/n?"
