Y/N POV:

My eyes fluttered. Light sounds of talking echoed through my ears. Memories instantly flooding my mind of the past few days. "J-Jungkook?!" I shouted springing off of my bed.

"Y/N you're awake!" The familiar arms of my mother flung around me. "I was so worried." Her voice was soft with sobs. I looked around to see my Dad now kneeling next to my white clothed hospital bed.

"Thank god" he cried, joining in the hug. My brother and my sister were also in the room now standing staring at me.

"W-what happened?" I anxiously panned around to see who was around. Only my immediate family was there. "Is-is Jungkook okay?" A sharp pain struck my stomach from the movement.

She paused and looked down. "You were caught in the crossfire" The sobs of my mother grew. "And then" she chocked into tears before she could finish.

My eyes softened, but she didn't answer my burning question about Jungkook. I passed out before I could time travel. "B-but what happened to the boy I was with? Is he here too?" I moved to sit up taller. "Maybe in a nearby room?" The room was silent watching me. "Another hospital?" I bit my lip. Worry was already biting me away, but this silence making my heart beat faster.

My dad finally broke the silence, "All your friends are going to be so relieved to hear about you."

"Definitely! They even stopped by earlier" my brother added.

My stomach was sinking. Why was no one telling me anything. I swallowed. "Is-is Jungkook okay? Can I see him?" Tears we're starting to form in my eyes.

My sister was about to speak when a nurse walked in. "You're awake! Oh good! Let's take your medicine." She opened a low cabinet in the room. "You had a gun shot wound in your arm and it looks like the shock of everything knocked you unconscious. A few minor complications but as long as you don't take any more extended sleep periods like this again you should be just fine" She smiled to me.

I gulped down a pill she handed me. "Ma'am what happened to the Jungkook? The boy I came here with?" My eyes were begging to hear good news. The nurse's face frowned at the mention.

"Oh...I'm really sorry"

My heart shattering bit by bit, "Where-Where is he? Can I see him?" My chest was starting to burn as tears started to stream down my cheeks.

"We tried everything we could but by the time he got here it was too late"

"N-no! That can't be right! This is all just a sick joke right?!" My voice cutting in and out. The room stared at me like a caged animal.

"Y/N-" my mother spoke.

"I-I can fix it! No worries! He'll be completely fine! Just wait a minute." I tightly shut my eyes.

Marie grabbed my hand. "Y/N! Y/N Stop." The nurse anxiously glanced between us. "Haven't you seen what's happened the last few times you time traveled? It's not getting any better than before." I couldn't control the tears.

"So what! How could I go on without even trying?! I have to! there's no other choice!"

"Y/N!" My father sternly shouted. "You won't survive another time jump in this condition." His voice was about to crack, but he stayed strong. "Please Y/N...we can't lose you."

I buried my face in my knees. The tears wouldn't stop. How could this happen.

A hand patted my shoulder. "I'm sorry Y/N but you know the risks of you going back, and what if it doesn't work and we lose both of you.?"

"That wouldn't happen" I mumbled even though I had no idea if I could survive another jump.

"You don't know that!" My mother cried.

"B-but" I've never seen my family like this. Everytime I time traveled they would be worried of course but this was different. I swallowed. "Don't worry about me." I put on a forced smile. "I'm sorry, But I think I have to"

"Y/N no!" A voice shouted before my eyes shut and I wished to go back to the 7/11.
