Amy and Ian - The Unspoken Truth- 39 Clues

Chapter 12

   Nellie sat at the dining room table. Homework, homework, homework, and then... even more homework. Why can't we just not have homework?

   Nellie heard the front door creak open

   "Hey guys you home?" Nellie asked

   "Um...yeah uh, the others are grabbing their stuff...so...yeah" Dan replied.

   Nellie thought she heard a sloshing sound. Uh, guess I'm finally losing it. She thought.

   Ever since the clue hunt had ended, Nellie had felt so paraniod. So...

   "Good afternoon, Nellie. Do you know whats for dinner? I am absolutely starving! That horid place expects you to eat... that..." Ian complained and suaved at the same time witch was phisically impossible to the whole rest of the human race.

   At the same time Amy walked in the kitchen. "Hey Nellie! Mmm... we had that really good chicken for lunch today... I had thirds. I'm still practically full." Amy said as she sat down at a chair.

   "How do you like that stuff!?" Natalie yelled from the living room. "The chicken wasn't nessesarally horrible, it was the rice, really."

  

   "Why don't we just have a snack?" Nellie suggested.

   "DORITOS!" Amy and Dan screamed together. They both ran to the cupboard. They fought over who got there first, pushing and shoving. Eventually Amy got Dan in a headlock and with the other hand grabbed the bag. She let go and ran for cover where she could eat with out Dan trying to mangle her.

   "I would make them share, but this is popcorn-worthy entertainment." Nellie mumbled to the other sibblings.

   Dan rhino-charged Amy and they both layed on the floor. Amy grabbed her nose that was slightly bleeding.

   "You little freekin' devil!" Amy practically screamed.

 

   "Oooh, dirty words! This is getting interesting!" Nellie said as if they were watching a movie.

   Amy got up, couldn't care less about her nose. She jumped on top of Dan and reached for the bag.

   "GIVE IT TO ME!" Amy exclaimed

   "You have to get it first!" Dan yelled as Ian grabbed it from behind, where Dan was holding it.

   "Okay, you can stop killing each other now."

   "Aaaaaaw, this was just getting good!" Nellie said with more than a bit of dissapointment in her voice.

   Suddenly Dan got away from his sister and, unexpectedly started to tackle Ian!

   "Ooooh, thats what I call a plot twist!" Nellie yelled to be heard over the screaming

   "Ian! Get off of him you animal!" Screamed Natalie, running to his aid.

   Natalie stood up and positioned herself so that she looked proper and screamed one letter so loud that all of them stopped to cover their ears. "AAAAAAAAAAA"

   "Gimme the Doritos, guys and I'll put them in bowls. Ian, Nat?" She asked implying if they want some.

   "NO!" They replied in unison.
