Dan was on his way to his room when he heard hushed voices around the corner. His instincts kicked in and he stopped moving and listened.

"-tell her everything? I think she would be pretty mad about the, you know, information switch."

"We can't tell her that I only dated her to get a clue for Isabel. She wouldn't trust..."

Dan turned and went to go tell Amy, but she was in a conversation with Sinead. He didn't want to make a big deal out of it because then the Kabras would know that he heard them and Amy would probably end up embarassed. He just needed a reason that he needed her help or something. That or he could get Sinead away from her.

"Hey, Sinead? You're good with tech-y stuff, right?" He asked as he was walking up to the girls.

Sinead turns around and nods. "Of course. Need help with something?" She asked.

"My phone is kinda being weird. It won't let me open some apps." He said. In fact his phone had been acting weird and won't let him open YouTube. He might as well get some free phone fixing out of this.

"Yeah, I think I can figure it out. One thing, though. Did you turn it off and turn it back on?"

Dan gave her a look that said 'of course, idiot'. Sinead held out her hand and Dan took his phone from his pocket and gave it to her. Sinead laughed quietly to herself and walked away.

"Hey, Dan." Amy said.

"Hey, Ames."

"With all this stuff happening, we haven't really had any time to talk, just us."

"Yeah, about that, we need to talk." Dan said, gesturing to the door with his head.

Amy looked at him weird, but proceeded to walk to the door. On the way, Amy led them to her room and closed the door behind them.

"What's up?" She asked with a concerned look.

"Wellll.... soIwaswalkinguptomyroomafterdinnerandIheardIanandNatalietalkingandtheyarereallyjustplayingustogetaclueforIsabeandIthinkIandoen'tevenlikeyousoyeah....." Dan didn't even think that he had to stop to take a breath. Amy's jaw dropped and she was obvious that she was in some form of shock.

She swallowed hard and sat down on the edge of the bed. It was silent for a long time and eventually Amy let out a shaky breath.

"I'm not stupid, I knew he would end up hurting me, I just didn't think that it would happen so soon." Was simply all she said before getting up and walking out.
