Chapter 51

Amy was concerned for Ian. He seemed to not be feeling well at dinner. He was acting kind of off, but Amy blamed it on his migraine. It was weird for Ian to show any type of annoyance to anything, he usually just pushed through whatever it was, not wanting to look weak.

Undecided, Amy decided to let him sleep and check on him in the morning. There was only one thing worse than a migraine, and that was being woken up when you have a migraine. She knew that he was a light sleeper, so if she checked up on him, he would most definitely wake up.

This was rare that she got some time alone, so she took the time to think quietly. Cindy was definitely a new twist, hopefully a good one. She seemed nice enough and was somewhat shy. Amy didn't think she would do anything, even though she was a Lucian let alone a Cahill. Ian hadn't turned out so bad.

The thought of Ian made her smile. He had always come off as such a brat, and was until, a few months ago. He had changed, she saw it in his eyes. Same with Natalie. She was a lot nicer now and a lot less snooty and mean.

She was happy with this change.

Ian was going to die. He was a dead man. As soon as Amy found out, she would dump him and Dan could do what he wanted to to Ian.

Dan had overheard his small exchange with Natalie and was suspicious so he did some internet snooping. He looked up Cindy on instagram and saw a selfie of her and Ian. Most of Ian's face was hidden because he was missing Cindy's cheek as she was smiling so big her eyes squinted and her teeth were showing.

Dan's mind was set on killing the boy in his sleep, but Amy had to find out first. Dan couldn't tell Amy because she would think Dan was trying to get her to dump Ian since that's what he had wanted all along.
Dan just had to figure out how to get Amy to find out without her knowing that Dan was in on it.

Alright, editing is too darn boring. I give up, I'll do it later. So, I'm gonna start a mini book called 'They Return' and out will be a few looking chapters.
