Typically on my weekends I spend it sleeping in and catching up on some assignment that I haven't completed yet or drinking with my friends. However since Kongpob and I have started to see each other I have been spending most of my time with him... not that I have any problems with that infact I have gotten quite used to his company and things we can do without getting bored of each other.

Unfortunately, this very thought has now put me into a very strange predicament. My good friends have been excessively informing me as of late that I am a poor excuse of a friend.

Flashback

"Ai'Bright, don't you think it's about time we get together and drink until we are green in the face?" Toota suggestively asks. "Ai'Toot, I am glad I have you! You understand without even trying. If only these (while pointing at us with pity) would join our escapades!" Bright smiles widely with a twinge of mischief. "Well, I can't.. I have plans!" I immediately remarked.

I have no intentions of getting drunk and dealing with a hangover when I would much rather spend my weekend pleasantly with Kong. "Noooooo! I know exactly what you are thinking Ai'thit!" I looked up from my lunch with my go to sour face. "You are were thinking you can ditch us once again to be with your Nong... don't you spend like everyday together? You might as well be joint at the hip!" "We are not!" I look at him with disgust.

"He is right. You have been spending a lot of time with Nong Kongpob." Knott smiled cheekily. "It's not that bad. Honestly, I'm still the same old me!" I am getting pretty upset at their accusations. "Ai'Arthit, you really can't think that. You haven't hung out with us after classes for some time! We thought you were having some type of family trouble turns out that wasn't it" Prem grumbled. I knew he was right and flash of guilt ran through me.

"I don't know... I'm not lying that I had plans tonight..." I looked down avoiding my friends eyes. When suddenly my phone started to ring.. with a smile on my face I answered immediately without caring what my friends would think.

"Hey, P'Arthit! I just wanted to let you know that I have an assignment that I must complete this weekend with my friends, so that means we will have to postpone our date. I'm so sorry, Phi!" Was I disappointed hell fucking yes. I was looking forward to relaxing and just time for us to be together. "It's fine Kong. I understand. We will do that. Work hard and make sure to eat!" "I know! I love you, P'Arthit! Sooo much." I could hear kissing nosies on the other side. My ears and face filling up with embarrassment. "Goodnight Kong." I hang up.

When I turned around Bright was standing near me smiling like he just won the lottery. "Looks like your plans are cancelled! Club time!!!!" Before I could even give Bright a good whack he be-lined towards the bathroom. Knott just chuckled at me, "looks like we have to concede to Ai'Toota and Ai'Bright today." I just muster a mumble because I'm sorely upset that I have to drink tonight. Which means I have to be on my guard.

"Do you think they will let me not drink tonight?" Knot really laughed this time as he got up from table and patted my shoulder. "Ai'thit, good luck with that one. I'm going to the library." "Seriously, that is all you have to say?" Prem who normal stays out of my business comes over, "I'm looking forward to tonight", he also leaves me standing in shock.

"Why are you so shocked? You knew this was bound to happen! We missed you!" Toota simply pointed out. I really don't think that is what they want to know. I gulped in fear of the unknown. "Stop that. You look like we are sending you to an early grave. Based on the fear Ai'Bright has for Nong Kongpob, you are safe!" I can't get over that one. I remember Bright the moment he coward in fear of Kong. "I know, Ai'Toota. I'm just...nervous..." "honestly, you have told us everything. Even your most embarrassing childhood story. What are you afraid of?" What am I afraid of? They have accepted me for who I am, but maybe I don't want them to see how deeply I'm falling for Kong. "Remember, we are best friends and if you don't feel comfortable answering anything these buffoons ask...don't." "Thanks." He smiles "of course! we will be asking all the questions we have been dying to have answered!"
