Sigh just sigh.
Quick story:
I was scrolling through Instagram on my friends phone, (keep in mind she follows a bunch of makeup accounts and Shiz like zat) and I see these pictures of these girls wearing alarming amounts of makeup for unnecessary ass occasions.
Can we just discuss that fact that there's a difference between a makeup accounts that do that kind of makeup to show you how to do it for a special occasion, and just random girls slabbing all that shit on to "run a few errands" that day.
If you like that kind of thing then go right ahead, it's just makeup who tf cares? The shit washes off at the end of the day.
But what I don't like is that some girls are finding it necessary to look like that, in order to be pretty in their minds. Or what they think other people will find pretty.
I don't feel that people should put such an amount of makeup on to the point where they don't look anything like themselves. Everyone is beautiful in their own unique way, and I don't fucking like it when a friend of mine (who's beyond gorgeous) comes to me with a fucking picture from INSTAGRAM of a girl that looks like she's wearing drag queen makeup, and tell me she wants to look like that.
Ugh I don't wanna even go any further with this. Just love and accept yourselves okay, and if you can't do that then I hope you all find someone one day that will open your eyes to see it.
