The Wedding Day
I was incredibly nervous as I looked in the mirror and saw a very beautiful, a very young, and a very funny looking bride. I couldn't be a good bride, I looked way too nervous!
"Calm down Ira!" Cristy said. "You look great!"
"Thanks for lying to me," I laughed, looking at my friend in her beautful green dress.
The bridesmaids wore green ruffled dresses that reached the ground and had a bow on the hip. Cristy's hair was shiny and in a mesy braided bun for an elegant style. I'm sure all the guys wore black tuxes and had a white rose in their coat pockets, and I can only imagine how Kostas looked. But I...I was a mess. My long white dress was strapless and hugged my torso as the rest draped along the floor. My train wasn't too long and it covered my wavy blonde hair.
"Come on, it's almost time," she said, giving me one last hug before she left.
I took several deep breaths. A knock was at the door and it slowly opened to reveal Gloria standing there with a proud smile on her face.
"Dear, you look wonderful," she said.
I smiled. "Thank you."
She smiled even wider as she closed the door behind her. I suddenly sat down on the ottoman and put my head in my hands. She rushed over to me and put a hand on my shoulder.
"What's wrong Ira?"
"I just...I just don't know about this!" I said.
Gloria was silent, stunned that I said that.
"I don't know if I'm ready for this," I said slowly.
"Ira," Gloria sighed with a smile. "This is right, trust me! Us wolves know. When we find a mate, it's for life. Kostas loves you, with all of his heart and more. You're ready, believe me."
I sighed and nodded. I suddenly heard the organ start playing which ment that it was time to get married. I took a deep breath and followed Gloria out of the small room and in front of the chapel doors. She gave my hand a squeeze before the doors opened wide and revealed the most beautiful sight I've ever seen.
Kostas was standing in a grey tux beside Caleb in a black one. His smile was the biggest and brightest I have ever seen, and my stomach started to tingle and the many butterflies wouldn't shut up. This is why I was marrying him.

Years Later
Cristy and I sat on the park bench beside the pond as we watched our kids play tag. Cristy had her newest baby, little Leo, in his stroller beside her and he was fast asleep. I missed when my kids were that little, they were so cute.
"Mommy!"
My attention snapped to the tree where my youngest son, Thomas, was sitting down and crying. I stood up and jogged over to him, but my daughter Sophia beat me there.
"What's wrong Tommy?" she asked.
"Mommy! I want mommy!" he cried.
"Mommy's here," I cooed, stooping down and picking up my three year old.
He looked just like his father; brown hair, chocolate eyes, and his nose. I loved my little Tommy. His older siblings though, Charles and Sophia, were more like me. Sophia had my blonde hair, but she liked it short, and Kostas' brown eyes. Charlie had my blonde hair too, and my green eyes.
The twins were very close to each other, and they let Tommy play with them all the time, but the one thing that set my daughter apart from her brothers was that she didn't have a wolf. Charlie had a wolf named Ace and Tommy had a wolf named Kade, but Sophia didn't have a wolf herself, and she was very upset about that.
