Ira

I yanked the phone out of some hot guy's hand and brought it up to my ear. That was my first mistake. My second mistake was trying to interrupt my screaming friend.

"Cris! Cris!" I tried, but she kept ranting on about how she'll kill someone and how they won't live. "Cris shut up!"

"Ira? What the hell! Some guy just said you were locked in your room! What just happened? Who was he?" Cristy bombarded.

"Cris! Calm down, I'm fine," I said, walking into the living room.

There were about ten guys in my house; they were all crowded around my TV watching The Avengers and then I glanced over at the pizza box and saw it was empty. They all looked at me and I frowned at them.

"Really? You just had to eat my pizza?"

They all smiled but also sort of retreated too. I shook my head as Cristy started calling my name.

"Sorry, what?"

"My shuttle has made great timing and I'm almost there, probably another hour or so. Once I get there I'll help you kick their asses so they leave you," Cris laughed.

I laughed which made Kostas frown and growl. When did he get downstairs? "Yeah, okay Cris. See you later then."

I hung up and then was suddenly held in a tight hug. Kostas was fast. A deep threatening growl vibrated from his chest as he held me. I'm not going to lie, I was a little afraid.

"You're not going anywhere," he growled.

I pushed him away from me. "You don't tell me what to do."

He growled and frowned at me. "You are not going near this Cris!"

"Cris is my best friend, and I'm leaving now to go get-"

He growled louder, silencing me and the other guys backed away slowly. What the hell? I looked around at them it looked like they were visibly begging him to stop, yet they looked normal. I looked back at Kostas who was still growling at me, but his eyes seemed to be different. It surprised me so much that I quickly grabbed his face and pulled his face down to mine. His expression was complete surprise and then his eyes changed back to normal.

"What was that all about?" I excitedly asked.

"Huh?" he asked, his face still in my hands.

"Your eyes," I said, letting go of him. "They changed."

He smiled. "Yeah, Lucas wasn't very happy so I tried to calm him down."

I raised an eyebrow at him. "Who's Lucas?"

"My wolf."

"So what, the two if you share a body?" I smirked, thinking it not possible.

"In a way, yes."

He laughed at my expression and pulled me into another hug, this one more tender. I carefully hugged him back but then my face started to hurt, so I let him go and he looked at me.

"What's wrong pup?" he asked concerned.

I put my hand over my stitches and bruise and said, "My face hurts."

He cupped my face with his warm hands and he leaned in. He kissed my bruise and I felt myself blush. He leaned back and smiled at me, and I looked away from him. I took one step toward the kitchen but froze when the front door opened up. I stared at my dad who looked tired and angry and staring right at me as well. My stomach dropped.

"Ira Leanne Hills, who the hell are these boys?!" Dad shouted at the top of his lungs.

"They, uh..."
