Your last name is Shirogane because Takashi 'Shiro' Shirogane is your older brother, it can be your choice whether or not it is biological.
Since Shiro is your older brother, you are younger than 25 at the beginning of the story of Voltron. Keith is 18, in the first episode, so therefore, I'm making the reader's age around 17-18 in Chapter One (Not in I).
