1. Recognize if you are burned out. Do I feel fatigued? Is it hard for me to memorize information? Do I feel demotivated? Those are questions to ask to find out if you're burned out.

2. Time manage. You may burn out because you study the night right before exams. Space revision session throughout the week so you spend a bit time on Monday and a bit time on the rest of the week.

3. Take breaks. Don't just study for a long session. Take a break between 30 mins of studying. Stand up, stretch, and eat some snacks.

4. Study smart. Use study methods such as flashcards to memorize faster, not just try to stare at vocabs and remember them. This helps you study in a shorter period of time.

5. Meditation. Take a rest, calm your mind and just breath. This method helps you to relax.

6. Eat well. Having enough energy and nutrients from food to study.

7. Sleep well. Be awake so your brain will function more efficiently.

8. Exercise. Exercise would calm your nerves.
