1. Math section: Review algebra and geometry strongly. Instead of practising everything at the same time, break down all of the objectives that you are going to be tested on. I recommend creating a checklist of objectives to see if you are proficient in each concept. Most importantly, do a lot of practice. Math is a subject that you cannot easily memorize, but you have to understand and learn how to put your knowledge into practice.
2. Science section: There are not a lot of memorization in science and you will be reference sheets in the test. Similar to math, practising past papers or questions is the only way to keep your calculation and logic sharp. Read the question carefully, write down all given information and determine which formulas you would use. Lastly, practising writing explanations and designing experiments using the Scientific Method or Claim-Evidence-Reasoning.
3. Social Studies section: This section would be included a lot of graphs and charts and you should practice skills on how to read, understand trends and gather clues. I recommend that you read more news articles to catch up on world events and stay informed for the test.
4. Language Arts section: Writing is a difficult skill to improve. The first piece of advice would be to read more good essays and articles. The second would be learning the basics of grammar such as how to write a proper complex/compound sentence and when to use semicolons or dashes. You can practice on your own by writing essays using 'Grammarly' to identify mistakes that you frequently make. I recommend making a list of grammar mistakes in your notebook to remind you before taking a test. I think that getting an adult or tutor to support and guide you to improve your skills.
