1. Review and study well. If you study everything and review each session carefully, you will be less anxious before the test.
2. Have a positive attitude. Think that you will do well in the test, you not gonna fail.
3. Stay healthy before the test. Make sure you have enough nutrients, state hydrated and get enough sleep.
4. Stay relaxed. Do not panic when you don't know how to do the question. Just calm down, take a breath and read the question slowly and carefully.
5. Don't think too complicated. If there is a question with only a mark, it would be very easy to figure out, so don't make it complex.
6. Focus on the test only. Ignore everything around you when you're having the test. Don't let your mind wander around.
7. Answer the easiest questions. If you can do them, you will gain more confidence as you go through so you will be motivated to finish the test.
8. Don't rush. If you see people start handing in their tests, don't panic, just keep doing your own test, slowly but surely.
9. After handing the stress, relax. Don't talk to your friends about the answers to the questions. This will give you more anxiety. Focus on the other things and just relax that you already get it done.
10. Don't stress out about the results. If you are doing great, good job and keep it up! If you feel like you are not there yet, don't be discouraged, mistakes are there for you to learn!
