1: make some goals for the new year ahead (short-term and long-term goals. you can even break down the long term goals into monthly goals)
2: take yourself out to the movies! go out by yourself or go with a friend (i highly recommend going by yourself tho even tho it seems daunting!)
3: go for a walk and listen to some music and enjoy nature!
4: take a hot bath with some bubble bath or a bath bomb or whatever you want to put in it
5: start a new book or read the book you're currently reading!
6: facetime a friend or a loved one!
7: buy yourself a small gift as a treat for yourself!
8: listen to your favourite music today, and try to avoid any sad songs
9: journal about your day today or anything that you are going through, the good, the bad, and the ugly.
10: take yourself out on a date (coffee data, breakfast date, lunch date, dinner date, literally anything)
11: go for a jog first thing in the morning!
12: take a break from social media today and don't go on it for the whole day
13: order some takeout for dinner
14: take a long, hot, and relaxing shower and use all of your favourite products (your favourite body wash and your favourite shampoo and conditioner, use a hair mask, put on your favourite moisturizer)
15: go to bed early tonight! earlier than 10 pm
16: clean your room today/even just a section of it (try cleaning something for at least 20 minutes, keep going if you can)
17: get done anything that is outstanding on your to-do list today
18: do some colouring while you listen to music (you can draw or you can print out a colouring sheet from the internet)
19: snuggle under the blankets and watch a movie/read a book
20: wash your sheets (there's nothing like crawling into bed after washing your sheets)
21: make a list of gratitude's
22: declutter your closet
23: do nothing all day today except the things you love!
24: relax today and binge watch some episodes of a tv show
25: make sure you make your bed right when you get up today
26: sleep in today and have a slow and peaceful morning
27: do some yoga
28: go on a coffee or tea date with one of your friends or a loved one
29: plan your week ahead
30: drink 8 cups of water
31: cook and eat a healthy breakfast to start your day!
