1. take care of yourself. If you just feel a bit sick or have a cold and you think you still able to study, then keep studying but remember to take some rest. If you are so tired and you have a fever, please take care of yourself and don't overwork. Take a day off, see doctor and rest. Your health is the most important thing.

2. drink and eat. When you are sick, please stay hydrated and eat nutritious food. Some drinks and food that I usually take when I am sick are hot lemon tea with honey, orange juice, hot chocolate, almonds, fruits, etc.

3. get breaks. Please don't overwork. Take naps frequently and please stop when you start to feel drained and burned out.

4. prioritize important tasks. When you are sick, you are only able to work for a short amount of time so you should only do important tasks only!

5. be as comfortable as possible. You may feel dizzy and have a headache when you are studying in a crowded place. Find a spot that is not too cold, too hot or too noisy.
