Liyue.
The oldest city in Teyvat, full of history that seems to exist even in the air you breathe.
It's a rare occasion to see Albedo outside of Dragonspine, but a really welcomed one. You smile to yourself, content to spend some time with your loved one without worrying about freezing to death.
The real reason behind this unusual trip is nothing other than your boyfriend's work.
"It seems this is the place I've been looking for." He states, stopping before one of many shops selling rare minerals.
"Well, they really look to be a good quality."
You confirm, trying to mask the fact you know nothing about how 'Cor Lapis of a good quality' looks like.
Albedo nods and slightly smiles. After a moment of looking at the minerals before him he looks at you.
"It looks like choosing the right kind will be harder than I thought. Could you please go buy some silk flowers in the meantime? This way, we can end this shopping quicker."
You open your mouth to disagree, but quickly think better of it.
'We can end this shopping quicker' - does that mean being able to have an actual date in Liyue?
This thought makes you smile brightly and nod in a response to his request.
You two then decide to meet before the flower shop and off you go.

You can help but looking at all the types of silk flowers while slowly dying inside.
"So? What type are you buying then?" The shopkeeper is starting to get impatient, meanwhile you're just trying to make some sense of the names.

"I'd say the Xibu Silk Flower from Qingce village would be your best choice. The soil in those places is nourished by the body of legendary dragon-like monster, Chi, after all. But one can argue that Dongnan Silk flower, which grows in the place of dried out river that was the home for many monsters, has the most magical properties. You can't go wrong with Nanbu Silk flower either. The reason is-" You suddenly remembered why you dread every conversation with him.

To your and shopkeeper's relief, you finally decide to buy the first type Zhongli has recommended. After paying you look around, just to see Albedo with a crossed arms staring at your companion.
You quickly say your good-byes, and start making your way to the young alchemist.
"Have you got everything you wanted?"
Hearing your voice made him slightly jump and finally look at you.
"I think so. Let's go."
You can feel something is wrong, but you can't put a finger on it. Albedo goes in front of you, not sparing much but a quick glare at you.
When you finally catch up to him, he speaks up. "Who was that guy anyway?"
"You mean Zhongli?" You ask, knowing fully well the answer, "He's just a funeral consultant."

"He doesn't seem like 'just' a funeral consultant." He mumbles and you can't believe your ears.
"Are you... Jealous?"
"What? Of course no."
Albedo, the alchemist, jealous?
You can't help but laugh. "Oh come on, really? He was just helping me find the best type of flower for your experiment."
"Hmph."
"Don't you believe me?" You reach out to hold his hand before smiling to yourself. He's so cute when he's jealous.
"Of course I believe you." He sighs before stopping.
Before you can ask what's wrong, he hugs you.
"Just- don't go buy flowers with him ever again, got it?"
He doesn't even know how glad you are to make this promise.
