Albedo & Treasure Hoarder | Sick

When Alexander mentioned not being able to find any treasure the last month, you looked at him in a disbelief.
He already told you about how his gang works, and you were sure not bringing any treasure for the whole month would mean a big fine - and knowing your boyfriend, you were sure he wouldn't be able to pay it.
Thankfully, you remembered hearing about one treasure location in Dragonspine, and - despite feeling a little bit sick - offered to take him there.
What wouldn't you do for your loved ones, right?

You squint your eyes, trying to focus on the map in your hands.
"Well? Where is it then?" The red-haired Treasure Hoarder asks you, impatience dripping from every word.
"It should be.. Around.. There." You point in the direction with a shaking hand, trying your best to ignore the headache.
"Sweet!" He exclaims, already on his way to the location.
You rub your eyes and slowly go after him.

When you two finally make it to the spot, you notice some expensive-looking chest, almost entirely buried in the snow. You don't need to say anything for Alexander to start digging it up.
You have to admit, the speed in which he's able to open any treasure chest is more than impressive.

"Damn, you seein' this?" He asks you, already taking out everything from the chest.
You just slightly nod, feeling more dizzy every second.

"This is honestly a jackpot, I tell you!"
Suddenly, everything around you starts to blur.

"Y/N? Y/N!"
The last thing you hear is Alexander's distressed voice, right before everything goes dark.

When you regain the consciousness again, you hear Alexander arguing with someone.
"Stop yellin' at me, I don't know shit just like you!"

"I'm not yelling at you, I'm just asking what exactly happened." The second man sighs and you're sure this voice belongs to Albedo.

You try to sit up, but you immediately feel rough hands on your shoulders, gently pushing you back down.
"Whoa whoa, don't sit up yet!"

"Y/N," Albedo looks at you from his desk, "how are you feeling?"

"Not.. So good." You admit, rubbing your eyes again, "but it's nothing serious, really."

"You have definitely a fever." Albedo states while giving you a stern look.

"See? Nothing serious." You brush it off, trying to sit up once again, but Alexander stops you just like before.
"Hey, you need to rest!"

You open your mouth to argue, but after seeing how serious both of your boyfriends look, you just sigh in defeat.
"Good girl." Alexander whispers, and you swear the blush on your face is just another result of the fever.
You hear him chuckle in response, then leaning closer to give you a forehead kiss.
His lips are chapped and his kisses rough, but that's what's so special about them.
His kisses couldn't be more different from Albedo's soft and sweet ones, and that thought makes you smile.

When Alexander leaves your side to go cook something, it's time for Albedo to sit next to you.
"Passing out and then thinking it's nothing serious," he sighs with a soft smile, "that sounds a lot like you."

"But really, it's not like I'm dying." You object while avoiding his glare.

"Yes, but it's not like you're absolutely fine either."
You just tighten the blanket around you, slightly pouting at the fact you can't argue with this logic.
Suddenly, you feel Albedo's cold hand on your forehead.
Before he can put his hand back, you quickly hold it in the place.
His hand, as cold as the peak of Dragonspine, feels so nice on your hot forehead.
If you were a cat, you're sure you'd be purring now.
After a moment you let go of him, but to your surprise, Albedo starts to play with your hair.
This action combined with the relaxing heat of the fire makes you fall asleep in matter of seconds.

When you wake up again, you notice both of your boyfriends now sitting next to you.
"Are you feeling better now?" Albedo asks you warmly, and helps you to sit.
You only nod, trying to get the sleep from your eyes.
"Okay, now open up~!"
Before you can react, Alexander starts feeding you a soup.
This is what he was cooking then.
You think to yourself, while eating another spoonful.
"It's actually pretty good." You admit with a surprise.
"'Course it is! I was the one who cooked it after all, not Albedo." Seeing Albedo looking daggers at Alexander makes you chuckle.

After Alexander feeds you, he leans in, kissing you on your right cheek.

"You shouldn't kiss her now, you'll get sick too." Albedo states, to which Alexander rolls his eyes.

"Does that mean you won't kiss me?" You pout, giving Albedo puppy eyes.

He just sighs and with a smile gives you a kiss on your other cheek.
"I didn't say I won't, just that we shouldn't."

Being pampered by your boyfriends like this, you could get used to it..
