I wandered back to the rest of the gang, Caspar spotting me first. "Look who finally decided to show up! Geez where were you?' He chuckled. He obviously didn't realise I was still annoyed.
I stayed quiet and sat down between Jack and Finn. "Well someone's especially quiet!" Caspar said, rolling his eyes.
Jack chuckled and said, "shes clearly still pissed at you Caspar!"
I punched his arm gently before Troye walked over to us. An awkward atmosphere hung over us until Finn finally said, "So, where were you Zoe?"
"I- er..." I mumbled until Troye interrupted.

"She was organising her date with her new boyfriend!" He said bitterly before walking off. Finn instantly look at me with a shocked expression.
"It's just one date I swear! I mean... I wouldn't even class it as a date and... And..." I stuttered, until Louise butt in for me.
"Well, if it is just one, maybe we could help get you dolled up?" She said, raising an eyebrow.
"Why would you want her to be dolled up for Alfie? He's a jerk!" Finn said, folding his arms and frowning at me.
"Exactly! That's why me, you, Jack... Or a Finn? Nope wait, that's Jack! Yeah, me, you, Jack and Kate get Zoe dolled up for her date, Alfie realises what he's missing and gets pissed. Zoe, you know how to flirt right?" Louise said, grinning.

"Woah woah wait! So I just flirt with Alfie to get him roused up just so I can tell him he'll never have me?" I said, kind of shocked that Louise would suggest such a thing, but at the same time, it seemed fun.
Finn grinned instantly, his eyes sparkling, as he said, "Yeah! It'll be fun seeing Zoe look nice for once."
Jack laughed at his comment whilst I punched both their arms. "Seriously though Zoe, I've never seen you in a dress!" Jack said, looking at me, smiling
"I-...er... I don't actually own a dress." I said, nervously looking down.
"Right, it's official! Im bringing over my dresses and make up kit! Louise can sort out hair and makeup, Im on outfit duty, Jack and Finn can be... Boy appeal!" Kate said, laughing as she finished her sentence.
I rolled my eyes and said, "Fine! But if this results in everyone at school hating me, I'm blaming you guys0!" I laughed and grabbed a chip from Jacks plate, making him frown at me, but I just giggled innocently.

"So, where is Alfie taking you then?" Kate said, finally involving herself in conversation.
"Oh God! I didn't even tell him where to pick me up, or my number!" I said, feeling myself going red.
I heard Finn sigh and chuckle at the same time before saying, "Go find lover boy then!"
I raised my eyebrows at him before he pointed with his eyes for me to go, so I stood up and wandered around, and I'll tell you now, it wasn't difficult to find him.
He was in the usual place where the populars hung out, obviously surrounded by millions of people, mostly girls flirting with him. The second he spotted me, he found a way to get away from everyone before wandering over to me.
"Zoe!" He said, smiling.

"Sorry about earlier... Clingy ex..." I said, instantly awkwardly looking at my feet to avoid eye contact.
Alfie frowned before saying, "Do I need to teach him a lesson? He seems wimpy, a few punches would probably do it! I wouldn't tell him you told me to!" He began suggested, which actually kind of frightened me.
"No! Troyes fine! I was just... Um... Do you want my number? You know-... To exchange details for tonight!" I said, extremely nervously, still staring at my feet and now picking at my nails.
"I'd love to get your number!" He said, winking and taking out his phone before handing it to me.
I quickly typed in my number before watching him save me as "Princess Zoe." "I told you I don't like that nickname!" I giggled.
He winked at me before texting me. He wouldn't let me read it off his phone, making me take my phone out my pocket. I read the text and it read, "Save me as 'King Alfie ;)'" I giggled reading it and looked up at him. He was grinning at me. After a second of eye contact, I instantly felt awkward and quickly saved him as 'Just Alfie' on my phone. He frowned but laughed.
Soon enough, someone came wandering around for him. "I, er, Gotta go. I don't want the, bugging you so, er, I'll go now!" He said awkwardly before walking off. "Oh, and text me the details!" He called back before walking away.
On my journey back to the group, the bell rang, meaning time for lesson.
