"Alfie? Whose house is this?" I said, furrowing my eyebrows. I knew this wasn't his house.
"Marcus' house." Alfie said, smiling and stepping out the car.
"Marcus? I thought you guys fell out?" I giggled, stepping out my side of the car and following Alfie to the boot of the car.
"We did." He said smiling and opening his boot revealing several spray cans.
"Alfie I don't feel great about this." I said, tugging my lip between my teeth. He wrapped an arm around me and I leant my head onto his chest.
"You didn't feel too great about what we did earlier but that didn't end up being so bad now did it?" Alfie said laughing and handing me a can.
"Yeah but... This could get us into trouble. Serious trouble." I said, whispering the last part.
"Marcus wouldn't do anything about it... I've got too much against him." He said laughing as he took a can for himself and closed the boot.
I sighed, knowing I wouldn't be able to beat him with this. He lead me towards the back of the house and pointed to a window. "That's his room!" Alfie said, although he must have been insane considering it was the top room in the house.
"And what's the plan?" I said, my voice shaking slightly,
"We go in and spray paint his room, he's at Tanya's... Her and Jim have been having some trouble." Something about Alfie's words made me feel bad but then I calmed down and tried to focus on what we were actually about to do. I'm not one to break the rules...
"Alfie don't be stupid, how would we even get in?" I said, taking hold of his arm and looking up at him.
"His parents don't like me so I've had to sneak in plenty of times, trust me, I know exactly what we're doing and how to do it.
He led me towards the bush nearest to Marcus' window and pointed to several branches leading up. They didn't quite look safe but after seeing Alfie manage to get onto the first branch easily, I felt slightly more at ease.
Following him up, I felt a few of the branches shake and my breath quickened. If I fell... This wouldn't exactly looked too great...
Alfie stopped near the top and I could sense him furrowing his eyebrows. "We have to jump." I almost fell of right then and there. Jump?
"Alfie are you mad, we'll fall!"
"I'll jump first and I'll catch you... I promise." He smiled down at me and I sighed, trying to trust him. I saw him lean towards the direction of the window before I finally felt the bush shake as he let go.
Luckily Marcus had a large window frame, which was obviously why Alfie always had such ease to get in, and being the idiot he is, always leaves the window open.
"Now you." He said, quietly and slowly stepping inside before turning to face me with a smile. I sighed and climbed to the top of the bush before taking a deep breath and going for it.
I felt Alfie's arms wrap around me as I stepped into the window frame and sighed with relief. "Now let's muck this up." He laughed.
I rolled my eyes, "Watch it, Deyes."
I saw him take the spray can out of the back pocket I didn't realise he had and he walked over Tia shelf which seemed to be filled with awards which appeared to be mainly for football. They slightly amazed me, how many there were, but my amazement was cut short as Alfie sprayed a long line straight across them, making them appear worthless.
"Alfie!" I whisper yelled.
"He's a dick, he deserves it, trust me. You don't know what he's been saying about you and your friends."
My facial expression dropped slightly, he says bad things about us. "Come on Zoe, I thought this would be fun to do together... Think about all the bad things Marcus has done to you."
All the moments from primary flashed through my mind. The "jokes" he pulled on me, the pushing me, stealing my chair, calling me names, and then everything from secondary school flashed through my mind, especially what he did to Louise.
In frustration, I found myself going straight to his wardrobe and opening it, spraying several streaks over just about everything in his wardrobe, including the clothes he'd be wearing to school tomorrow. I heard Alfie laugh behind me and I smiled slightly as I turned to face him.
"Hello?"
We both froze. Alfie mouthed the words "run!" To me before making a move to the window. I saw him lean out the window before letting himself jump straight from the window to the floor. I held back a scream, scared he might hurt himself but was relived when he turned to face me and indicated for me to jump as well.
I sighed and closed my eyes, taking yet another deep breath before taking the second large jump of the night. I felt myself hit he floor quickly, and pain shot through my ankle.
Alfie wrapped an arm around me, nothing the pained expression on my face. "My ankle." I whispered, wincing in pain. He nodded before guiding us both to the car, as quickly as e could without dropping me as I leant on his shoulder.
I sighed in relief when I heard the engine rev up. "Now, wasn't that the best night do your life." Alfie said, laughing.
"Alfie, how can you be laughing after all this? We almost got caught!" I said, regaining my breath, not realising I had even lost it.
"Yeah but we didn't." He turned to me and smiled and I couldn't hold back from chuckling slightly.
"Okay that was pretty fun... But tomorrow's gonna be even better." He furrowed his eyebrows at me.
"Tomorrow?"
"Uh, don't you remember our deal? Tomorrow we spending the day Doug my kind of fun!" I smiled and turned back to face the road.
"Whatever you say princess." He chuckled, turning into my road.
Yay I'm better :D
Was this update kinda cool? Idk
