Chapter 9 - The End Of PJO Arc

"Percy!" Nico shouted to his crush he wish he didn't have a crush on.

Percy looked at him with his sea green eyes, "Nico?!"

Nico took Percy to bathe in the river Styx. I'm not gonna describe it here cuz I'm too lazy and it's too long. If you want to see what happened just re-read that section in the PJO book. Anyway after that they went back to camp to defend the camp.

With his invulnerability, Percy slashed at monsters left and right. They kept coming, but with Percy being invulnerable, he easily took out a huge amount of monsters.

After a little, the monsters retreated. A man in a blue shirt with white goggles and another with a fire logo on his shirt was talking to Dream. Technoblade joined them after getting to the monsters' camp. They seem to be discussing something.

They are too far away for Nico or any camper to hear, but Nico tried to creep closer. He shadow traveled into the enemy camp.

"Drista is in there!" Dream yelled furiously. Nico flinched at the sudden outburst. "You can't just let Withers into their camp!!! WITHERS! My SISTER is still inside that camp!!"

"Alright..." Techno sighed. The four of them started talking more quietly now. Nico couldn't make out their murmurs so he stealthily shadow traveled away back into camp.

(Line Break)

"HE HAS WITHERS?!" Tommy shouted in disbelief, "No! We can't let him spawn any Withers! That will be the END of us all!"

"What is a Wither?" Annabeth asked. Nico has just brought news to the camp. All the cabin heads are currently having a meeting in the big house.

Tommy explained what Withers are and what they can do. The campers all stared at each other, unsure of what to do.

"At least Dream won't let him spawn these Withers, right?" Silena asked hopefully.

Tommy laughed a sad, hollow laugh, "You really think the Blood God would listen to Dream? He's the Blade, he just wants blood and violence. Techno would use the Withers on us no matter what."

The council tried to come up with ways to save the camp, but it seems futile. They gloomily dispersed without a good plan.

Annabeth approached Ranboo, "Hey.... can I talk to you?"

"Uh, sure?" Ranboo said.

They two of them moved away from everyone else. "Ranboo..... I know that you're scared of water." Annabeth admitted.

Ranboo took a step back, startled, "W-What. How?!"

"I mean.... you're scared of Percy, who can control water. I've never seen you drink water before. You also stay away from every water source and every wet thing."

Slowly, Ranboo nodded. He looked to the ground, "Y-yeah. Water is my weakness. I'll immediately die if I make contact with too much water. I will be severely injured if I touch even just a little bit of water. It hurts a lot. I can't touch water."

He felt Annabeth's hand on his arm. Ranboo looked up and saw Annabeth looking at him sympathetically.

"Hey, it's ok. We all have our weaknesses. It's not bad." She reassured him.

Ranboo smiled, "Thanks Annabeth."

A moment of silence passed. Annabeth asked slowly, "Can I tell my friends about this? I won't if you don't want me to. They are all trustworthy people."
