The next day, school was good, no Akumatizations during it, and most of the day was tolerable despite the gloomy weather. The sky was grey, the possibility of rain very high, but told to be at night. "I'll be doing patrols on Mondays, Wednesdays, Friday's, and Saturdays are together." Ladybug said, closing her yoyo.

Chat Noire nodded. "Then I'll take the rest. I'll see you tommorow then Bug, if there are no Akumas today."

"Bye Chat."

"Later."

The heroine took off, taking the long way home to assure Chat wouldn't know where she lived. The black cat sighed, taking out her baton and going around her lovely city.

The weather lady sucks. Rain, it was raining, hard. Chat Noire ignored the rain despite the fact she hated water when she was in costume for some reason. She crawled around from roof to roof, hoping to get this over with as soon as possible. Over in a home that was close by, a girl peeked out of her window when something got in to her peripheral vision.

She got up from her chair, going over to her balcony doors. "Tikki did you know it was raining?"

"Huh? Is it?" The creature asked, flying over from her little spot. "Oh! Look it's Chat Noire!"

Amity spotted the heroine on her baton, scanning the area before taking a few steps forward. The girl opened the doors, Tikki quickly hiding elsewhere. "You know you shouldn't be outside right?" Amity called out.

Chat Noire looked over, hopping towards the girl and landing on her balcony railing. "Well I have patrol little lady, care about the unlucky cat?"

"Patrol isn't an excuse, go home you stray." Amity teased.

"I would but I promised LB I'd take today and check the city." Chat Noire said, looking around. "Everything seems fine here, I should get going."

"You sure? Do you want some tea or hot cocoa?"

"I'm fi-"

The rumble of thunder ensued, the sky lighting up with the lightning and making a loud crackle. "On second thought I might take you up on that offer-"

Amity giggled, allowing the dripping wet heroine in her room, closing the balcony doors behind her. "I'll get you a towel, hot cocoa or tea?"

"Peppermint if possible, thanks."

The greenette nodded, going to her bedroom door, opening it, and leaving, closing the door behind herself. Chat Noire sighed, shaking violently and removing most of the water from her body. Tikki giggled quietly, covering her mouth in an instant. Chat Noire heard it, but ignored it.

She looked down by her feet, her boot like shoes a bit muddy from all the roofs she's been on. 'Ring Ring!' Chat took out her baton, answering the call and putting it up against her ear. "---- -----? ------. ------- -------- ------."

"I'll be home later, got caught up in the rain.."

They shouted at her, the heroine mocking the caller. "Okay, take it inside please. Bye mom.."

She hung up, putting her baton back and sighing heavily. "Plagg is such an idiot.."

Tikki rolled her eyes, agreeing to the heroines comment. The room door opened again, the greenette coming back in with a plate of snacks, two cups, one filled with peppermint tea, the other filled with Jasmine. Amity closed the door behind herself, coming over to the small relaxing part of her room.

She had a sofa like chair, a small coffee table, a flower vase with roses in it, and grey pillows. "I'll get you a towel."

"Right, thank you.."

Amity smiled sweetly, going to her in room bathroom and coming back out with a towel. She went to Chat Noire, offering it to the heroine. She took it, ruffling her short hair with it to dry it off. Amity went to her sofa like chair, sitting and taking her cup of tea. Chat quickly dried herself off, making sure her boot like shoes were dry enough to not stain the carpet.

If it did stain she'd pay Amity back for it with the money her civilian self had. Which was, infact, alot. The reason her guardian yelled at her was because she ordered 2 boxes of Camembert instead of the stuff she should've been buying. "Come sit."

Chat Noire hesitantly went over, sitting down beside the girl nervously. Amity handed the heroine her cup of tea, Chat taking it and drinking some. "You're awfully nice Amity."

"A superhero knows my name? Am I really that cool?" She teased.

"O-Oh uhm Luz talks about you to me sometimes- I know what you look like because of that school picture you guys took- So I kinda know who you are-" The heroine blurted out.

Amity blushed a bit, drinking some of her tea to distract herself. "When the rain dies down I'll have to go back out there. It's kinda pointless to dry off right now when I'll probably be leaving in 5 minutes."

"Oh, well, it's better then giving the cold rain to get you sick right? 5 minutes can change anything and everything." Amity blurted out.

Chat Noire hummed quietly, her belt like tail swaying from side to side behind herself. "Do you want to play LodeCraft?"
