Tuesday.

Ladybug had spent the evening with Luz, dozing off for a short period next to Luz while she played the piano. She woke up, startled, and felt for her earrings, but they remained, and Luz had lied a blanket over her and was asleep herself.

Being the caring heroine she is, she took Luz to bed, wrote a thank you note, and went home.

Luz stirred, Plagg pawing gently at her nose, purring. "Yes, Plagg..?" Luz yawned.

Patting her face, Plagg mewed, tail swaying from side to side. "MrrrRrr.. Rrrrr..."

"You're out of cheese, I'm assuming..?" Luz rubbed her eyes, pushing herself up slightly and yawning once more.

"MmrRrrrrRrr.." He smiled.

"Yes..You can order whatever you want.."

"Thank you!!" Plagg whizzed to Luz's spare phone, unlocking it and tapping quickly at it.

Luz rolled her shoulders back, slipping out of bed and dragging herself to the bathroom.

Ladybug gazed lovingly at Luz, sighing and switching palms to hold her head up, legs gently swaying back and forth. Luz took the water offered to her, thanking the worker, a makeup artist gently dabbing Luz's face. "May I take a break? I need a moment to compose myself."

The makeup artist checked her wrist, humming, "Five minutes."

"Thank you." Luz bowed her head, walking a little ways off.

She turned, looking up at Ladybug, waving her down before going to her canopy. When she sat, Ladybug landed in front of her, "Noticed me?"

"Hard not to, our city isn't known for its color." Luz smiled. "I'm sorry I'm very boring today, I've got photoshoot upon photoshoot today."

"You could never be boring, Luz." Ladybug smiled warmly. "How are you feeling? It's quite hot today."

"Ah, I'll be okay. Gorilla knows how to read me, he'll tell em off when I need a minute." Luz pointed to the chair. "Join me?"

"Maybe for just a bit." Ladybug neared the chair and sat. "What's modeling like?"

"Bah, up with the worst questions first." Luz sighed. "I do what I'm told, not really much to do but sit still and look pretty. Really boring, time consuming, don't recommend it."

"Y'know, you don't seem like the type to sit still and look pretty." Ladybug hummed. "What do you want to do, Luz?"

"I..I'm not sure." Luz waved the thought away, looking to Ladybug. "I haven't really gotten a chance to explore my options. I don't get time for myself to do anything."

Ladybug gazed at her, tilting her head slightly, "They won't mind me kidnapping you for a bit, would they?"

"I'm sorry?-"

Ladybug stood, going to Luz who instinctively rose her hands to place on Ladybug's shoulders. She was picked up, legs wrapping around the heroine's waist. "Lifted up often, I'm assuming?" Ladybug glanced to the photographer.

"Gorrilla has to take me to safety every akuma..-" Luz flushed, brushing back her hair before quickly bringing it to the front to hide her blush.

"LUZ! LADYBUG LET GO OF MON PUPIL!" The photographer rushed forward, waving his camera.

"Sorry, she's mine for the next few hours! Adieu!" Ladybug jumped back, avoiding his weak but quick swipes.

Luz squealed, holding Ladybug tightly, feeling her face grow warmer when the heroine gripped her waist. 'Oh God-- Here we are hopping from place to place and all I can think about is her touching me--' Luz hid her face in the crook of Ladybug's neck.

'She'sScaredShe'sScaredShe'sScared- SHE'S SCARED AND SHE'S HUGGING ME-!' Ladybug swung her yo-yo, latching onto a streetlight.

She delicately landed, lightly clearing her throat, "Luz? You..You can let go now.."

Luz flinched, releasing Ladybug, being stood upright, "Sorry- I- Where are we going?- I-I should've asked earlier but we were 80 feet in the air-"

"Well, first things first, have you eaten yet?" Ladybug pat Luz's hair flat.

Luz was about to tell her, yes, she had in fact eaten, but it wasn't very enjoyable, nor was it alot. Her stomach lurched at the thought, Luz lightly shaking her head, "No, no I haven't.."

"Let's go eat first, and then we..Well, we're just going to do an us thing. Is that okay?"

Luz beamed at her, "More than okay! You can lead the way, I'm not allowed out very often and don't even know where we're at-"

"Oh now I have to show you everything-" Ladybug took her hand. "Let's go!"

Ladybug paid for the lunch, but Luz insisted on paying for everything else, and would shove Ladybug away if she even attempted to pay.

After lunch, they went to the store, got drinks, snacks, a blanket and a boardgame before heading to a park. Luz sighed, evidently relaxed. "Are you having fun?" Ladybug offered her a juice.

"Yes, I am." Luz smiled warmly, taking the juice. "I haven't had this much fun in awhile, thank you Mon Cher."

Ladybug softened at the pet name, sitting near Luz, "Of course."

"So.." Luz hummed. "What do you do outside of hero work? That you're able to tell me, I don't mean to pry-"

Ladybug gently elbowed Luz, "I sew. And bake."

"Really?"

"Yes, often, too." Ladybug sighs. "I procrastinate too much though, and I'm 7 projects in, 3 recipes behind, and 12 assignments pending."

Luz snorts, "For a superhero, you're pretty unorganized."

Ladybug groans, shoving Luz, "Nooo! I'm very organized!"

"Your 12 assignments pending say otherwise!" Luz shoves her back, laughing. "I've got a private tutor, maybe I can help you with your homework."

"Oh no, I can't ask you to do that. You've already got such a busy schedule." Ladybug flicks Luz's nose. "Besides, I've got everything under control. I make time. Eventually."

Luz grins, "Eventually."

"Oh you–" Ladybug pushes Luz's face away. "Yes eventually! Hurry up and eat or I'll eat it all!"

Luz giggles, leaning against Ladybug and grabbing a chocolate covered strawberry. She smiles warmly, taking in the tranquility of her free afternoon, sighing longly in relief. Ladybug melts against her, Plagg shuffling free and flying up to the tree above the two.

He stares down at them, huffing, "This is going to end poorly."
