Luz awoke to a quiet snore, purring, and light munching. The Latina pushed herself up slightly, groaning quietly and running her hand through her hair. "Morning..

Amity squirmed, "Muh..?"

"I gotta get ready for fencing.." Luz rolled over.

Amity whined as her blanket and weighted pillow went away, sitting up, "I'm going to need Chat tonight..I miss her.." Amity yawned.

Luz crawled out of bed, carefully standing and walking around it to get to the bathroom. "If..If you want the chefs to make something for breakfast Amity, you're free to do so.." Luz covered her mouth as she yawned.

"Kay..Thank you.." Amity stretched.

Luz nodded, entering the bathroom. Amity struggled in a battle with her mind, deciding whether or not to get up and go ask Gorilla for clothes first, or wait for Luz and talk to the chefs now then get clothes when Luz came out. "Augh I'm too lazy..Let's do the one with the most waiting.."

Amity shuffled out of bed, walking towards the door, opening it and heading downstairs. She heard two men greet eachother, followed by a hush as they heard Amity. "Morning Mistress's friend. What would you like for breakfast?"

"They give you lunch?" Amity asked, holding up the cute lunchbox.

"They do." Luz set her lunch down, sighing. "But it's only when a show is coming up.."

She opened it, showing it to Amity. "Oh..Is mine the same then?" Amity opened her own.

Compared to Luz's, Amity's looked more appealing. Luz had several greens, one single orange taking a slot, and a small side of rice. Amity's, was simple yet appeasing. There was a cut sandwhich which revealed clean tomatoes, a bit of lettuce, a slice of cheese, and ham that was folded elegantly.

There was an orange as well, small cut fruits in a little cupcake paper wrapper, and a mini apple juice perfectly fit on one end. "Oh. My gosh."

"I call favoritism." Plagg uttered, his tail making a small wave. "Ooh chese!"

He reached for the slice, Amity pushing him back, "No, this is my cheese. Doesn't Luz give you cheese?"

Plagg frowned, "Yes. But I want your cheese. Don't you love me?" He gave Amity kitten eyes.

"Quit it. I'll give you cheese when you leave." Luz closed her lunch. "Okay, I'll see you after classes?"

"Yes, I'll be with Agustus in the library." Amity nodded.

"Okay, good luck."

Amity ruffled Luz's hair, stepping away from her bag before walking out of the locker room. "..Today is weird." Luz muttered.

"Weird?" Plagg clarified, pulling back from the can of cheese.

Luz nodded slowly, "It just feels, weird. It doesn't feel normal. Well, it is, but I just feel like something bad is going to happen-"

"EEP!"

Luz sighed, "And there it is."

New kid. Amity had gotten stuck in the circle, fell, nearly got scratched, didn't! Then tripped once she reached her class. Luz was right next door, saw it go down. "There we go." Luz put the bandaid on Amity's cheek. "All better."

"Thank Luz.." Amity rubbed her nose slightly. "Sorry you had to see that, I'm really clumsy in the mornings.."

Luz shook her head, standing, "It's no issue. Come on, if we go now I'm sure you can complete your test."

Amity carefully stood, moving her leg slightly before nodding. The two waved at the nurse who was treating someone else, leaving the room. They went their separate ways, Luz checking her pockets before entering her class. "Oh.."

The new kid. She looked over, her eyes widening slightly, before her frown turned in to a smirk. "Luz."

"Bria.." She cleared her throat. "I didn't expect you to be the new meat."

She grinned, looking up at the teacher, "May I sit with Luz? We have much to catch up on."

"I'm afraid not, seats are assigned, you're in the back." Teacher spoke.

She let out a small chuckle, "Saved by a seating chart." She walked up the steps to the back, sitting by a boy with green hair.

Luz hesitantly walked to her seat, glancing back at Bria, "I hate meeting old friends.."

Amity giggled, nodding to Gus, "Then she- Heh- She said-- EEP!!"

Luz hugged Amity from behind, pulling her back, "LUZ!" Amity exclaimed.

"I said you can't! She's taken!" Luz hissed to the purple haired witch.

She rose her hands, "I understand now, I understand well." She walked over.

Luz pulled Amity close, glaring at Bria, "You always said that, you never understand."

"I do, trust me I do." She lifted Amity's chin up. "She wants a different playmate."

Amity pushed her back, hugging Luz, "No, I don't. I have a girlfriend, thank you." Amity looked at her with a disgusted look. "And I'm not in to bullies, also thank you."

Luz moved Amity behind herself as Bria stepped forward, "I mean an actual playmate. Do you know how to play soccer?"

"No.." Amity hid behind Luz.

"Football? Hockey, tennis?" Bria moved closer.

Luz growled, keeping her ground, "I told you to back. Off. Bria. I won't tell you again."

She stepped back, grinned, then left. Luz turned to Amity, "Sorry for scaring you- She saw you and said you were pretty-- I agreed, then she gave me a look and started running towards you-- I beat her to you obviously then all that went down-"

"Luz it's okay. Thank you." Amity pat her head. "She won't do anything right now, you're here. Are you going to eat lunch with us?"

Luz hummed quietly, nodding slowly, "Yeah, I'm coming."
