Amity needed an excuse. Stat. There was an akuma mentioned on the news a minute ago, and frankly, she needed to get Filou to make an illusion so she could leave. Luz wasn't here to make an excuse, she had a family meeting and brunch. 'Hot cat hot cat hot kittity cat!' Amity quickly pulled her phone out, answering the call.

Misclicking, she put it on a speaker, "BAAABBE IT'S GOING FOR THE SCHOOL!! YOU BETTER NOT LET ME FIND YOU UNDER RUBBLE!!" Chat Noire yelled. "Oh. Ex-Babe, sorry."

"What do you mean? It's going for the school??" Amity turned off speaker, switching ears.

"Yes-! Please evacuate! It has the ability to erase and create!" Chat yelped. "IT WOULD HELP IF YOU EVACUATED IN TWO MINUTES!!" The cat went flying by the class window, squealing as she was chased.

The akuma stopped for a second in front of the window to look at their tablet and tried to erase her. She flinched when Chat Noire flung herself back, being kicked in the gut. "IMMEDIATELY?? BABE, WHAT DO YOU NOT GET ABOUT EVACUATING?!" Chat banged on the window, looking to her right. "EEEEEEEEEEEE---"

She scrambled away, the students standing, the akuma holding a cartoonish bomb. "You heard my ex! Get out of here!" Amity yelled.

Students ran out, including the teacher who went to Dana's office. Tikki whizzed out, ending the call and offering Amity a cookie. "Thank you, I'll save it for later." Amity shook her head, sliding on her jacket.

Amity whistled as she walked off, going downstairs and exiting the school. Slipping into an alley, she transformed, jumped up, and latched onto the akuma. "What the-"

"You hurting my Partner?" Ladybug wrapped the akuma up, dropping down slightly.

"Uh-"

"Trepidation, at your service." The peacock grinned. "Might you assist us in finding Papillion Jaune?"

She blew her feather out at the akuma who drew back, struggling against Ladybug's yoyo. Fear filled the akuma that soon fell limp, a balloon forming from the bowtie the feather went in to. It grew itself a small weight, the akuma looking towards it.

Ladybug let them go, calling out her lucky charm, a rubber ball, looking around. Trepidation lifted the petrified akuma, following the balloon with Ladybug in tow. "You look amazing, by the way." Ladybug walked by her.

"Yeah?" Trepidation smiled, feathers fluffing up.

"Mhm! The feathers around your neck are cute."

From blue to black, few things changed. Her ears were replaced with layers of feathers that perked and drooped, clawed feet instead of non-slip, very grippy boots, feathers around her neck, and her baton had two parts. Middle to bottom was her regular baton, the top was pointy, with feathers over it.

Also, the broach was blue with glowing green dots, thanks to Plagg. Trepidation jumped up, grabbing the weight of the balloon, looking around. It pulsed, shifting about before turning left. Papillion Jaune must have been inactive, as the balloon started to pulsate. Then it popped.

The feather fluttered down, Ladybug picking it up, "How does it-?" She jolted when it slipped free from her hold.

Trepidation held her hand out to it, squeezing, the feather returning to its white color, returning to the tip of her baton. "Duusu is so cool. I love her." Trepidation smiled. "What was the lucky charm for?"

"This? Oh, it wanted me to pop the balloon when we were over there. I assume it thought Papillion Jaune would detransform before then.." Ladybug mumbled, taking the tablet from the akuma.
