The next morning, 5:37 to be exact, Luz was already up and ready, heading downstairs at the moment to get breakfast. Lilith came over, tablet in hand. "Schedule for today. At 6 you'll be driven to school and arrive at 6:15 in time to get some private tutoring with your fencing teacher."

Luz rolled her eyes, sitting down on the stairs and listening to Lilith talk. After what seemed like forever, Luz was excused and allowed to eat the same meal, like always. She quickly ate, expecting to hear the front door open in 3..2..1. Right on cue, it opened and closed.

The girl quickly got up, drinking some of her water and rushing to the front door. Her mother was already there, greeting the women with kisses. "I missed you too Camilla."

"Eda.."

The women perked up, looking over at the girl and waving happily. "Hey kiddo, been awhile.."

Luz nodded slowly, holding on to her arm nervously. Eda held her arms out, Luz hesitantly going over to her and hugging her tightly. "Missed you.."

"I know, had a plane to catch that I was almost late for. Got scared for a minute-"

Loud chirps ensued, two owls flying in followed by an excited dog. He spotted Luz, immediately nuzzling her leg as his tail wagged furiously. "Hey King~" Luz cooed, pulling back and picking him up.

He whined, nuzzling her before he'd probably fall asleep in her arms like always. The two owls perched on her, one being a nice tan, the other being a chocolatey color. "Owlbert, Hooty.."

They chirped, also nuzzling the girl. The two women took their leave, going over to eat breakfast and chat. Plagg hissed quietly as Owlbert thought he was a mouse and tried biting him: "Back off feather brain."

Owlbert moved his wings to make himself look intimidating, Plagg not falling for it at all. "I can and will catacly-"

"Ap-ap-ap, no no no."

He hissed at Owlbert, the owl cowering and flying off. Hooty followed, wanting to defend his little buddy. Luz put King down, the dog jumping around her for more of her affection. "I can't right now buddy, I gotta get to school."

He whined, sticking his tounge out at her and trotting off. "I'm walking to school!!" Luz called out.

"WAIT- IT'LL INTERFERE WITH YOUR SCHEDULE-" Lilith exclaimed from another room.

"Cancel it! I have fencing after school anyways! Lie. Bye!" Luz shouted, quickly grabbing her bag by the door and leaving, closing the door behind herself.

She walked to front gate of the big house she lived in, pressing a button and waiting for it open enough for her to slip past. When it did, she quickly rushed down the street and in to an alley. "Ready for some early patrol?"

"As I'll ever be.." Plagg grumbled.

Chat Noire cartwheeled in the park when she finally took a break from LB's patrol day, just wanting to check the city in the morning. "Didn't expect to see a stray this morning."

The heroine perked up, falling back in the grass and looking over at the citizen. "Morning."

"Good morning citizen, didn't expect to see you this morning etheir." Chat Noire said, sitting up before getting up.

She walked over to Amity, the slightly smaller girl having a small brown bag filled with- "That banana bread I smell?"

"Hm? How'd you know?"

"A cats senses never lie." Chat Noire said, rather proudly.

"Is that so?"

"Mhm."

"There's a frightening spider on your shoulder, suprised you don't feel it."

"If you're lying I'm going to leave, if there is something there I'll take you where you want to go-"

Amity sent her a questioning look, the heroine checking her shoulder and hissing. She jumped to the side, continuing the hissing fit. Amity laughed, going to the heroine and taking the spider from her. She put it down, the spider quickly scurrying away. "Can we go..To Hexide?"

"Fine.."

Not even 10 minutes later, Chat Noire put Amity down, taking her baton back out. "There."

"Thank you Chaton."

"Wait. Why are you here so early?"

"Well, you might know that Luz usually comes this early and does fencing with her tutor. She stays alone for awhile and I just like to leave her little notes of encouragement before she sees me.."

'Wait that's you?' "That's very sweet, ever write your name at the bottom?"

Amity shook her head. "I like to consider myself her secret admirer."

"Ah.."

"Mhm. Thank you again, I'll see you around Chat."

"Oh- Bye.."

Amity waved, leaving the alley and heading to school. 'Guess that means I am fencing this morning..'
