When Chris, Mike, Dustin and Eleven were back in Mike's basement, Chris plopped down on the couch where he let out a deep sigh. While Mike was helping Eleven clean up, Chris and Dustin were waiting fro something to happen. And something did happen when he heard Lucas on the walkie-talkie. Dustin threw open the bathroom door where Mike and Eleven were.

"It's Lucas, I think he's in trouble," Dustin said as the three joined Chris by the walkie-talkie. "Do you remember how he said he was looking for the gate?"

"Yeah," Mike replied.

"What if he found it?" Dustin asked and Chris looked up.

"Wait, what?" he said as he could hear Lucas on the other line, but he couldn't hear him clearly.

"What's he saying?" Mike asked as he took the walkie-talkie.

"I don't know, he's way out of range," Dustin replied as Mike tried to get Lucas clearer.

"...son of a bitch!" Lucas yelled.

"Lucas, if you can hear us, slow down. We can't understand you." Mike said and Lucas yelled a bit, but Chris couldn't make anything from it.

"'Mad hen'. Does that mean anything to you?" Dustin asked. "Like a code name or something?"

"The bad men are coming!" Lucas yelled and Chris's eyes widened.

"'Bad men'," He said. "Bad men!" Mike gasped and put the walkie-talkie down.

"Stay here." He told Eleven and ran up the stairs soon followed by Chris and Dustin. They ran to a window and looked outside. Outside was a van parked with a man inside.

"What's that guy doing?" Mike asked.

"I don't know, Michael. I can't read minds." Chris shot back as he squinted his eyes to try and see the man clearer.

"You don't think..." Dustin started and Mike quickly ran away again, Chris soon running after him.

"Mom!" Mike yelled as the two kids ran to Mrs Wheeler who seemed to be on the phone.

"Well, is he home? Christian is here right now. But maybe you could ask him?" Mrs Wheeler asked who Chris guessed was his mother even though his parents weren't home.

"Mom!" Mike yelled again.

"I'm sorry, can you just hold on, please?" Mrs Wheeler asked before turning to the two kids. "Michael, I'm on the phone. I've told you a million times—" She started but Mike stopped her.

"Did you schedule any repairs?" He asked.

"What?"

"Is there anyone supposed to come and do repairs on the house?" Mike asked again.

"I don't understand. Is there something wrong—"

"No, Mom, nothing's wrong in the house," Mike started.

"Mike! Chris!" Dustin yelled as he joined the two.

"One second," Mike said to Dustin.

"Mike!" Dustin yelled loudly making him shut up. "We need to leave... right now."

"Shit." Chris cursed as things started to get worse. The three quickly ran back to the basement as Mrs Wheeler yelled after them. They quickly grabbed their jackets and bags before racing towards their bikes and skateboard. They sprinted towards the road just as a lot of people started getting out of the vans. One man stood out a Chris could feel his face go pale.
