"Morning sunshine" Chanhee's eyes fluttered open only to widen when he realised where he was. He quickly scrambled away from Younghoon, earning a chuckle from the boy.
"You cuddled up to me throughout the night, but now you're uncomfortable?" Chanhee sneezed lightly as he got up. "You're not sick, are you?" Younghoon came up to him before placing a palm on his forehead.
"I'm sure it isn't serious" Younghoon looked around the room and sighed, relieved when he saw the water dispenser before sitting Chanhee down. "Here you go" Younghoon bent down so that he could properly see Chanhee's face. "You look red" Chanhee shook his head in retaliation.
"I don't!" he spoke up defensively. "You can see yourself, huh?" Chanhee blushed, embarrassed as he sipped the water. "I'm sure they'll have some medicine here" Younghoon said, scanning the room. "I said that I'm fine! We need to get out" Chanhee said before getting up abruptly.
"I'm leaving" he mumbled, only to walk out the door, leaving Younghoon behind. Younghoon quickly grabbed the discarded rod before running after Chanhee.
"Chanhee, stop being irrational, come back!" Chanhee ignored him as he walked ahead. "Don't follow me. If those things are going to eat me, then I prefer to die alone" Younghoon grabbed hold of Chanhee before trying to pull him back.
They stood in the middle of the hallway, Younghoon trying to pull Chanhee back and Chanhee standing without any intention to budge. Younghoon almost gave up when suddenly a loud bang was heard, and someone who was out of breath and looked extremely worn out stopped in front of them.
Chanhee accidentally fell back into Younghoon's arms as they both looked at the person in front of them who was covering himself. "Are you okay?" Chanhee spoke up when he understood that the boy wasn't getting up.
"Hello?" Younghoon started, and the boy raised his head as if he recognised the voice. Younghoon stopped in his tracks when he saw his face, battered and bruised, but it was still him, "Changmin?"

"Ho-Hoon?" Changmin tried to get up only to trip over his feet. Younghoon let go of Chanhee as he went to help Changmin up. "What happened?" Younghoon asked, concerned as he helped Changmin back into the room.
Younghoon looked over his shoulder to signal Chanhee to follow them. He was confused about why Younghoon cared so much about this boy, but more than that, another feeling took over him that he didn't want to admit. He was jealous.
"I don't remember anything, but they attacked us, and I just ran away. I was stuck in the juniors' classrooms the whole time. I came out for some water, but these things...they found me Hoon, and I was alone and scared" Younghoon pulled the sobbing boy towards his chest as he ran his hand through his hair.
"Baby, don't cry" Chanhee's head snapped towards Younghoon and the boy when he heard the word. Why was he calling him baby? Were they that close? The boy let out a whine before moving away. "I never used to like it when you called me that" Younghoon grinned before ruffling the boy's hair.
"And that's exactly why I used to do that" they both seemed to completely ignore Chanhee's presence until he cleared his throat to get their attention. Younghoon seemed to realise that Chanhee was uncomfortable and moved away from Changmin.
"Chanhee meet Changmin. He is...my ex" Chanhee smiled uncomfortably as he went over to shake the boy's hand. "You could've just introduced me as your neighbour or your junior, but you had to put in the factor of me being your ex" Changmin rolled his eyes playfully as he smiled at Chanhee.
"Hi, I'm Ji Changmin" the boy said cheerfully despite the situation. It's wasn't hard to understand why Younghoon dated him. "I'm Chanhee" Chanhee looked at the boy's brown eyes, which still seemed hopeful, before stepping back.
"You feel warm. Are you unwell?" Chanhee looked over at Younghoon, who had an 'I told you so' look on his face. "I'm sure I'm fine" Changmin shook his head before letting go of Chanhee's hand.
"You're adorable!" Changmin pulled Chanhee's cheeks without thinking twice about it. Chanhee's mind was filled with thoughts about how nice and beautiful Changmin was. He wondered if he was like Changmin. Would he be the kind of guy Kim Younghoon would date?
"Are you sure you aren't sick at all?" Chanhee glared at Younghoon before taking out his phone. "No one is picking up. I don't know why. Did you try calling anyone?" Younghoon shrugged before giving his phone to Chanhee.
"I don't have anyone to call" Chanhee smiled lightly at the boy before him, forgetting about all of it for a second. "You know, if we get out of all of this alive then I'll let you call me every once in a while" Younghoon nodded contently, "I'll take every once in a while."
