My new life(Piper McLean and Avengers Crossover)

Chapter 17

Will's POV

Calypso and Frank were staring in wonder at the little girl. I probably was too, Wanda never mentioned a sister. She only mentioned her brother twice and her parents once. After a minute I recover from my shock and realize that someone needs to help get everyone settled.

"Ok Kayla, are you tired? Do you need anything?"

"Yeah I'm tired"

"Ok why don't you go over and lay down with Calypso for a little bit, I'm sure you both can fit." She walked over and Calypso wrapped her arms around her and helped her settle down.

"Ok now I think the rest of you owe me some explanations. Each and everyone of you should be dead." I looked into each of their faces and the moment I heard about each of their deaths flashed into my mind. Overhearing Percy and Annabeth talk about losing two hunters on a quest when I was 10. Sitting in a head counselers meeting going over all the deaths that happened in the battle, feeling guilty about not saving more of them, and then hearing some unexpected people be named heroes. Both moments flashed into my mind as I stared into the faces of Bianca, Zoe, Ethan, and Luke.

"I'm sorry who are you?" Zoe was the first to respond. 

"Will Solace"

"Well, Will Solace, I don't take orders from males."

"Hush Zoe, he does have a point he deserves an explanation." Bianca shut her down, and I realized there had been a power shift since they all had not died.

"Thanks Bianca. Look Zoe I know you hate how guys try and control women and break their hearts and stuff, and I get it totally not cool. You don't have to worry about me or Frank making a move on you or Bianca. I have a boyfriend who is waiting for me to get out of here, Frank has a girlfriend doing the same. Now Bianca you seem to have been here the longest and know the most so what is going on?" Zoe nodded, but still looked wary. Then Bianca took a shakey breath and started to talk.

"None of us remember our past, and with a few words we become robots only able to follow orders. They hope to make it so all demigods are like us, they would have an army that could take over the world. Thats all I know."

"And Kayla she's not a demigod I've ever seen?"

"She was found under some rubble of a bombed out building in Sokovia a few years back. She was experimented on as a pretest for some older volunteers."

"Wanda Maximoff. That was one of the volunteers right?"

"Yeah and her brother Pietro. Cool dude." Luke spoke up for the first time. "They disappeared a while back, no clue what happened to them."

I debated telling them what I knew, but if HYDRA really had that much control over them protecting my friends or people I trusted was more important. Before I could say anything more though a guard came and started speaking in what sounded like Russian I didn't understand any of it, but Bianca froze and marched out. Zoe sighed and sat down in the corner. Luke and Ethan sat near her against the wall. By their behavior I guessed this was a regular thing, Bianca had just been takem for a mission.

Death's Angel's POV

My words were spoken and I followed the guard out of the cell. I was no lonher Bianca, I was Death's Angel and I was willing to do anything.

"Soldier, we have detected an anomaly in a clearing nearby. Go see what is wrong. Do not be seen. If you find whoever caused this disturbance kill them." I nodded and suited up.

Out in the woods I felt at home, like this was where my real family was. I got the feeling everytime I was in the woods, but like always I brushed it off and continued on. When I reached the clearing I saw nothing, other than a few bones and some gold scattered around the clearing. I went to go examine them, see if there were any patterns or anything. Suddenly out of nowhere a giant piece of rock came hurling at me. I ducked and rolled out of the way.

Standing up I looked to where the attack had come from and couldn't see anyone. Then more rock came at me from three directions at once. I ducked again, but didn't roll fast enough. The pieces lodged themselves around me like a cage. I was trapped. Suddenly a large chunk of rock broke off the top and without anywhere for me to go, landed on my head.

The next thing I knew I was being carried by a boy. He looked about Will's age. And he was crying. A girl was next to him trying to comfort him. I blacked out again, and this time when I woke up I was in a makeshift shelter. The same boy was leaning over me tending to my head wound. He was still crying as he worked. I started to come to it a little more and realized I knew this boy. I hadn't seen him in forever, but the last time I saw him he looked better than this. His eyes were shrunken and he obviously hadn't slept in a long time. He was muttering under his breath, and I could only hear because of my enhanced hearing.

"I'm sorry, it's my fault, I'll save you."

The heartbroken tone to his voice snapped me out of my trance. Hearing mio fratello in such pain was enough to fix everything they had messed up in my brain.

So just FYI that was the last of the sneak peaks from the earlier chapter.

Piper's POV

We all boarded the quinjet and took off as fast as we could. In about an hour we reached the location Hazel had sent the message from. There was just enough space for us to land. As we all got out I noticed the wreckage around us. There had been a fight. I could see the worry in everyones eyes as they all came to the same conclusion. Then all the worry disappeared as Hazel ran into the clearing.

"Guys come on, we made a temporary camp this way. And well we found someone you will probably want to talk to. Especially you Percy." That peaked everyones interest and we all ran after her. 

About a mile away was  their camp. It was obviously made quickly, but was pretty good. There were a few rock shelters that Hazel had obviously made and a fire in the middle. In the furthest shelter I heard voices. They were speaking together rapidly, but it wasn't in english, greek, or french so I had no clue what they were saying. Hazel knocked and yelled inside.

"Everyones here you two.  And they have plenty of questions." The door opened and out came Nico Di Angelo followed by some girl who could have been his twin. I didn't recognize her immediately, but Percy did. He gasped and whispered, "Bianca?"

Wow two chapters only a few days apart? I felt guilty shoot me. And here it is again the sequel question.

Ok so also this book just has a few more chapters in it, crazy right!, and I'm thinking of doing a sequel. Please let me know if you will read it in the comments. This little(second) blurb will be at the bottom of every chapter until the end so if your answer changes with time you can still tell me. If I don't have anyone interested by the time I finish this book I doubt I will right the sequel though, so please tell me if your at all interested. Also if wanted I will write a teaser chapter for it at the end of this book just to see if you would be interested.
