Well like the title says, I have officially started the sequel to My New Life. There's a sneak peak down below. A few things to know...
- My updating will be pretty random due to my schedule being absolutely batshit crazy right now.
- I have changed a lot as a person and so has my writing, so be prepared for some more mature things being brought up. Also a lot more cussing.
- TW!!!!!!! I am putting this here and in a special authors note in the beginning of the sequel. Plus I'm going to do my best to put more specific ones at the beginning of each chapter. But a general list of things that will be talked about in this book that can be triggering: eating disorders, self harm, suicide, suicide attempts, sexual assault, abuse, and rape. So be careful

I drank some of the potion, it was all we had left. I'd been running for months. Those of us who were left mostly hid alone in the woods. How could they do this to us, how could he this to us, how could HE do this to ME? I spun around at the crackle of leaves behind me, expecting a bear or some sort of wild animal, but it was Lila. She looked scared. She looked tired. She looked the same way I knew I did.
"Lila you scared me"
"Sorry, I had to find you, I know what they did"
"Then why are you here?"
