      >Jonathan's POV<

I walk into my last class of the day, sociology. I love this class and the teacher is awesome. They have had this class for four years now. The second year they had this girl named Lily, who did this really cool project about suicide. I sit down at my normal seat in the left corner, front row. Every one files in and takes there seats when the bell rings.
So far this year we have only talked about different problems we see in modern society and what could be done to fix it. We also talked about projects done during the past four years. Mr. Smith stands front and center and starts his lecture. "Good afternoon class. Today we will be talking and planning for your very first project. Now don't get to scared, I don't expect the first project to be something extravagant. All I expect is for you to try your best, for the first assignment it is more just for you guys to get a feel for it."
I want to do something to be remembered. I don't want to do a totally cliché documentary on suicide, that has become a really popular topic after Lily Clark did it. To be honest, I idolize her and I know she would want me to do something that would make a difference and something original.
"You can work in groups as long as I approve it. Once you figure out your topic and if you are working with anyone let me know so I can write it down. Get to work, I at least want you to have a few ideas by the end of class."
I don't really have any 'friends' in this class, just a few kids that I talk to every now and then. I decide I want to do bullying as my topic and go up front to tell Mr. Smith. There is already a few kids up front by his desk, Katie being one of them. She is standing with Chris so I am slightly surprised when she turns to me.
"So, what are you going to do your project on?" She asks me and Chris.
"I want to do mine on bullying and how it affects the victim. I didn't want to do the cliché project on suicide." I say, keeping my eyes low.
"That is a really cool idea man. Maybe we can all work together on it. See how different people get treated in a new environment. I know a few other kids in this class that might be interested in doing it with us." Chris says slapping my back.
"Sounds cool, lets do it." Katie says. We get out of line to go see if the others want to do it with us.
