>Jonathan's POV<

  Katie left yesterday and the week is almost over. It honestly shocked me she left so soon but it was obviously going to happen. I got to meet Ema's family officially the other day and they seemed to like me. Her brother was very protective but that's pretty normal I guess. The group still talks every now and then and we still sit together at lunch but we are clearly pulling separate ways. The conversations are shorter and not as friendly or honest. We don't need each others support or protection any more. The only time we truly ever feel the connection to each other any more is if someone needs help with an issue they are going through or if someone comes to thank us for what we did. When I look at the others it is clear they all feel the same way. Because of the time we spent so close together none of us need to say it, we are separating and we all know it. Like a couple that has been together for a while but no longer feels what made them want to be together to begin with. Finally when I sat down to lunch with Ema at our normal table, Chris didn't come. He was off with some of the cooler kids, and Kim, they were still trying to make things work even with everyone saying it wont. So, it was just Ema, Kyle and I until Kyle decided to go find Nicole. This was the end of us being one then. The group has finally divided. Ema leans against me, her head on my chest and whispers: "I guess they are all finally gone..."
