>Katie's POV<

   Since the project is over and I'm not kept here by anything any more I decided to just put in the papers to do the rest of my schooling online. I haven't told anyone about it yet except for Drew. He can tell it's going to be hard on me leaving them but he promises we will come back to visit. I'm beyond excited to be able to have more time with Drew now though and we will probably be traveling a lot for this movie or others that we try for together. He promised to get me a dog and take really good care of me. Since I have all the papers and things done I decided to tell everyone today. We are all sitting together for lunch when I pull the packet out with all the information for my classes. They look at it confused. "I'm going to leave this school and start taking online classes so I can travel and be with Drew. That's all the information that I needed and I already got it all finished so today is my last day here. I leave to go to the filming site with him in two days." 
        They all stare at me with blank expressions at first then their faces sadden. "Y-you're leaving us? Right after we can finally not act like we don't care about each other? You're just going to disappear?" Kim's voice is shaky as she said this.
        "I'm sorry I just don't exactly have anything tying me HERE. I'll still visit every now and then and keep in touch, I just feel like my place is else where. I'm sorry if you guys feel like I'm just leaving you, because I'm not and I love you guys but I think its my time to leave this small town and become something." I look down at my tray of food sadly feeling like they are all ashamed of me for leaving them.
        Its Ema who speaks up and makes me feel better. "Hey, its what you want to do and its what will make you happiest. Just keep in touch and let us know how you are doing. I'm glad you found what makes you happy and a place you like in this world instead of just being what your mother wanted you to be. Are you going to need help packing anything?"
        "Thanks Ema, I really needed to know you guys would be okay with it. I don't need any help though, I already have what I'm taking packed."
        We finish eating, making small talk, and keeping it all light hearted until the bell rings and we all head our ways. I guess that was our final good bye.
