FORTY-SEVEN

"Alpha James, may I speak to you and Tyler privately please." I announce after the last Alpha leaves.

Through the corner of my eye I notice both Alec and Xander look at me weirdly.

Alpha james nodded and lead me away to his office, Tyler following.

"What's wrong." Tyler asks looking up at me worriedly.

"Nothing yet, but I need you two to get a message to Derek. If something has to happen to me-"

"Renezmaé." Alpha James interrupted.

I shone my wolf eyes, the bright purple hue belonging only to those with great power, mainly only to the king or queen. I hated using it on Alpha James. I hated causing his wolf to do fully submit to me but I had to say it, I had to get it off my chest and they needed to listen.

"I'm sorry Alpha James, but I need to say this. I do not know who is controlling this fiasco. But the common variable is me. The first attack came when I was alone in a field of women. They underestimated us and retreated. And today I was closest to the fireplace, if Alec didn't push me away I probably would be in the hospital still healing. Charlotte dying was just a sick show of power. The next time something happens I need to make sure that Derek will bring my sisters back home. Although not a wolf yet, Xyla is next in line, born first of the twins."

"You are not going to die." James interrupts me again.

"Alpha James please, I'm not planning  to die but I made an oath to protect and fight with and for the wolves. I will not hide behind castle walls. So in case I need to know that I have someone out their to have my wishes seen out."

Tyler nodded, " but your sister not being a wolf could cause chaos."

"She is a wolf, she just has not turned. I feel like it probably has something to do with their mother. So I will need Madonna to help with that but if still chaos arises then Axel is the last man standing."

The two Alpha's nodded and and blew out a breath of air. The Queen facade slowly breaking in the room. Alpha James wrapped his arms around me,

"Don't worry Reneé, everything will be fine."

Existing the room was more awkward,  Alec and his parents had not left the hallway, waiting for us to come out. I could see a million questions circling their minds but I didn't dare make eye contact.

"I think we should leave as well." I say.

I turn to xander and Violet, " drive safely hey,"

Violet shook her head and came forward wrapping her arms around me, " I don't hug, but I don't want to let go of you." I broke away and looked at my mates mother, learning from her past. She felt the world crushing down on her so she left. Took on the world by herself. But I'm the end she knew she needed those who loved her around her.

"Little Red." Xander's says putting his hand around my shoulder, " as soon as you start getting a bad feeling I want you to call me, I will be there before you even know it."

I smile, " don't say stuff like that Xander, your reputation of the silent Alpha is on the line."

"I got her dad. Axel, you both do not need to worry," Alec states, he turned towards Axel. " Axel, this is probably something I should have told Renees father but since there isn't an older father figure in her life I will tell you. I promise to protect your sister till my dying breath."

Or mine. I thought

"No harm shall come to your sister either. Even thought I know she is more than capable to kick my ass." Axel jokes.
