FORTY TWO

"Long live the Queen and her mate." And advisor cheered as we walked past them towards the cars, there were six vehicles parked outside read to take our families away.

"One more thing Alpha Ian." Alec interrupted standing at my side.

"Since you refuse to help you daughter during these few months and wanted to enlist me to help with your pack, I have made some arrangements, they should be there in your arrival."

"Listen Alecander, I don't want to other person running my pack unless they are of my or your mothers blood." 

I roll my eyes, it's honestly been twenty something years, you would think Ian would have given up on his foolish request for Violet by now. But I do applaud him for being persistent but dislike him from not seeing how happy she is and letting her be.
It also makes me wonder whether it will be like this forever between Alec , Becca and myself.

"I know that well Alpha Ian, so when you return, I'm sure you will be humbled to find your parents waiting for you. The poor souls were not even aware of their grand babies pregnancy, now at least they are. And are ready to help you run the pack."

Ian grimaced and shook his head while I wanted to run over and kiss Alec on the lips.
Why didn't any of my men figure this out.

"God I love you right now."   i mindlink Alec.

his eyes werent on me, but as soon as he got my message he looked up, his forest green eyes meeting mine directly. He gave me a small smirk and just that look sent tingles up my spine.

Ian's jaw clenched, and it was silent for a few seconds, then immediately Ian's hand was curling around Alec's jaw and he pushed Alec against the nearest door.

My guards immediately stood up ready to protect my mate, but I held my hand up, stopping them, my eyes landed in another alpha storming across the room.

His eyes filled with the fire the same color of his hair.

"You bloody idiot." Xander spits out walking straight up to Ian and Alec , he brought his hand back and punched Ian across the face.

Ian stumbled back and hold his jaw, he laugh getting blood on my carpets.

"You f*cling touch my son and I will kill you no question asked." He growls.

"You know what Alexander, from the day we met, at that goddamn joke of a meeting, where you first stole Violet, I knew I hated you." He speaks, " but then again, I was going to own your pack either way, whether it was through Brielle or through Alec."

"I'll never let my land be infiltrated by your bloodline."

"But it's so easy for me to, I'll just kill you, and all your children, and your future grandchildren." He exclaims looking at me directly.

Xander started shaking, and so did all the wolves of the royal pack currently in the room.

"You do know you just threatened not only my life , but the life of the future heirs of werewolves."

"Yea yea I did, you bloody red head,"

All my guards stepped forward, eyes glowing bright yellow ready to rip the throat of the Alpha in front of me.

"Say that again I dare you." I exclaim.

"You bloody-"

Immediately I remove the sword attached the wall and send it flying through the air landing and cutting straight through the cartridge of his ear.

"I think you should leave." I reply.

"Your a fuc-" Alec pushed passed his father and sent a kick to Ian, he then pulled him bye his collar and through him out the doors of the palace.
