My Mistake-Corbyn Besson

Intro

This story takes place in a small town called Arlington Heights in Illinois. This is the home town of Wesley and the boys. Madison has lived here her whole life and doesn't plan on leaving any time soon. Wesley visits his home town every few years to make sure things are in order at his house. His uncle is currently taking sanctuary there so nothing bad should happen. He likes going home to see what's going on but he has to stay out of the public eye to make sure no one realizes he isn't aging. The story of how Wesley was turned will be saved for another time and trust me when i say it was pretty crazy.

Zach, Corbyn, Daniel, Jonah, and Jack on the other hand, they have a sad story as to how to how they turned. I'll save it for another time though.
You know it's kinda funny really. All the boys are a part of the founding families, including Wesley and Madison. All the boys were about 150 years ago and had to leave town before people realized they weren't getting older. They've had to move around a lot actually. They've basically travelled the world at this point. They can't get a job because they can't stay in one place at a long time and they've tried many professions. They have to stay away from the ones that may have a risk of blood come up at any point so they don't have have to fight the urge to drink it. They usually drink from blood bags or animals and avoid drinking from humans at all costs because they don't know if they'll lose control. It's hard to get their hands on the blood bags so they mostly drink from animals. It isn't as good as human blood but it soothes the cravings.

Now let's get into the other people. Kian and Jc have stayed in Arlington Heights their whole life. You may be wondering how they know Daniel and that's because, like Wesley the boys visit Arlington Heights every few years. They usually are never there when Wesley visits so they've never ran into each other. However Kian and Jc are supernatural beings, but they aren't vampires. They haven't activated the curse yet so they don't even know what they are and how powerful they can be.

Sam and Colby on the other hand are something even better. I'm not gonna say what they are yet and it'll make more sense later on the story. They are very powerful without even knowing it.

Madison is just a regular person or at least we think so. She's been an amazing student, daughter, and older sister. Unfortunately both her parents died in a car accident last spring. Her uncle has been taking care of her and her sister since. She's been best friends with Sam and Colby since birth and they tell each other everything. That's all about to change when she gets told the biggest secret she has to keep from everyone she loves to not risk the life of the boy she loves. Madison knows Kian and Jc but they don't talk that often. They are friends but they aren't as close to her as Sam and Colby.

There's a secret council in Arlington Heights where they are aware that vampires exist. They don't know that Conner Smith, Wesleys uncle, knows about his nephew being a vampire. The council doesn't know everything about vampires they only know about what was written in the myths, such as, they can't walk in the sun, their weaknesses, and how to kill them. These are the only supernatural beings that the founding families no about and unfortunately they think they are monsters. If they find any they kill them on the spot and come up with a news headline to cover up their death. If a vampire attacks a human they say it was an animal attack. Recently there's been a spike in "animal attack" activity and the council is on high alert.

A/N: Like i've already some of these plots are heavily based off the Vampire Diaries. I changed it the slightest bit to where it wasn't an exact replica of the TVD plot line. If you see anything you might think looks familiar it's probably sort of written off of a TVD scene.

Anyways i hope you all enjoy this story! I'm already almost done with the first part so i'm more than likely gonna post that tomorrow!
