My Mistake-Corbyn Besson

Part 24

I grab Corbyns arm pulling it up to my lips. I turn to where all the parents can see me and I make sure they can see my eyes as well. I feel the veins under my eyes pop out as I sink my fangs into his wrist. I was just going to bite him so they could see that my eyes weren't like normal vampire eyes. I took my fangs out of his wrist and bit mine bringing it up to his mouth to heal the bite. "Wh-Why do your eyes turn golden instead of red?" Keri asked scared and confused.

"I'm a hybrid. Both a vampire and a werewolf. The original hybrid actually. I was turned before I even knew about my werewolf gene and Liam didn't know either. When I made my first human kill it activated and now I'm both. If your wondering why I gave Corbyn my blood after I bite him, it's because a werewolf bite is fatal to vampires. Before I was a hybrid the cure for the bite was the blood of the doppelgängers mixed, but it changed and now my blood is. I know this confusing and all but if you need all this explained in more detail we're all willing to talk to you individually to explain our side. If you were wondering who's all vampires, Corbyn, Daniel, Zach, Jack, Jonah, Sadie, Piper, Wesley, Lily, me, and Connor. Everyone turned within the last year or so besides Piper, Wesley, and Lily." I say.

They all still seemed shocked. Kian looked over at his parents and began to speak, "Dad I know you already know what I'm about to say but mom I don't know about you. I activated the curse. I'm a werewolf now and I've been through transition 3 times already. I had Liam there to help me through it and I was to scared to tell you that it happened." He said.

Jc got up and said nearly the same thing. "Wait, why are Sofia and Blake here?" Asked Myta.

"We're the doppelgängers. And in case you don't believe that, we brought back up." Sofia said. Kay and Shane walked into the room and the parents faces all looked shocked. "They're both vampires but they are skipping town together anyway so they won't cause home to any of you."

"We plan to leave tomorrow so if you have any questions to ask us, which you probably won't, we'll be at the Smith boarding house." Kay says with a small smile. Weird, that's the first time I think i've seen her actually smile and it looked genuine.

Sam stepped forward, "Before you ask why Colby and I are here, we're witches but we prefer the term warlock. Anyone got a candle we can demonstrate with?" He asks with a slight chuckle. Kian walks off somewhere and comes back with two candles in his hand. He hands one to Sam and one to Colby. They both grab them and concentrate on them before both candles have been lit. "That's the basics of what we all are but Jake Harrison is a vampire hunter. He their differences aside and keep all of your children alive because he realized that they're still amazing people. They may not be human anymore but trust when I say they are still the same people they were before they turned. They've all protected us from any potential danger and even when Original vampires came to town Madi put her life on the line to save us all. That doesn't say anything for the rest of them but it does prove that even if they're a vampire they are still capable of feeling human emotions. They truly have been terrified to tell all this for months and they finally built up the courage to do so. Now I can't speak for them but I'd love it if you put aside the fact that they're supernatural and look at the people in front of you. They're still your children and are still well deserving of your love as they love you the same way they always have." At this point some of them were crying but I could tell they weren't sad tears. They were more of joyful tears. The boys all sped over to their parents to be pulled into a tight hug. They weren't scared of them anymore. They saw the being in front of them and only saw their child. The one they had raised for 17-18 years. They only saw the love they had for their child. They didn't see the monster they were afraid of before because that monster wasn't inside them. That monster only takes control if you let it take control. But just like all the vampires in this room, none of them let it take control.

Two Weeks Later

Everyone has turned now. Including Sam and Colby. You may be wondering how that was possible but truthfully I don't know. Their hybrids now but not like me. They are both a warlock and vampire. They were never meant to be turned but it was all an accident. I don't know how nature let there warlock side stay but they never lost their magic or connection to nature. Maybe it's because of how powerful they are but I seriously have no idea.

Our parents have decided to stay human the rest of us that hadn't turned, decided they wanted to because they knew how heartbreaking it would be to watch them die while we are still here living for all of eternity. Kian and Jc are hybrids just like me and luckily I had turned them before Blake and Sofia because if not they both wouldn't have survived the transition.

Everything has been going great and Corbyn asked me out a few days ago. I obviously said yes and now we are dating.

We heard from Luke and Bryson and fortunately, Bryson seems to have cleaned up his act. All the Originals came to visit about a week ago and surprisingly they were all really nice.

Jonah and Sadie started dating a few days before Corbyn as well as, Lily and Zach, Sofia and Daniel, and Piper and Jack. I knew this would be the generation where the doppelgänger curse was broken and luckily it did. I have nothing against Blake but I know Sofia would feel as though the love between the two would be fake if they ended up together.

The secret council disband after the news we dropped and the only founding members that know are the ones that a have a supernatural child. We haven't had any problems and we all hope to keep it that way.

A/N: This part was hella weird but this is the final chapter. I'm gonna write an epilogue though so don't worry about how I ended it. You will get closure with the story.
