My Mistake-Corbyn Besson

Part 18

Wesley's took me out hunting today. He said it's good if I get to feeding on animals right away than it will later. I still drink from blood bags but I don't think I can handle drinking from a live person.

We just got back to the boarding house and I'm glad to say that I got my cravings under control already. It's been hard coping with all my senses and emotions heightened but I've had my friends and family there to help me through it all. I started going back to school and it was honestly so refreshing to be able to be around so many people and having control to not drain their bodies right there. We've kept Jake up to date on everything that's been happening and I'm honestly surprised he hasn't killed us all yet. For a vampire hunter he's pretty trusting of them.

When I walk into the living room I see the boys, Lily, Sofia, Connor, and Liam gathered around. They all look at Wesley and I when we walk in. "Uh, what's going on?" I ask slightly confused as to why they are all hear.

"I um... I triggered the curse. It all just happened happened so fast that I didn't even realizeI had killed the person." Jc spoke up after a few seconds.

"Oh my god. Jc I'm so sorry. At least you can have Kian with you to help you through you first transformation." I say walking over and giving him a hug.

"Yeah I guess that is true I just wish neither of us had to go through in the first place." He replied pulling away.

"Believe you will eventually get used to the pain. I know it's a lot at first but Kian got through his first transition without having to weaken himself or be chained down. He may have but Corbyn but he got through. I'll be there for the both of you if you need any help with this whole werewolf thing." Liam spoke up. They both looked at him and smiled.

"You know what, I'm tired of these drama filled, crazy days. Let's go out and be teenagers for the night. We may be supernatural but that shouldn't stop us from living our lives. I've had this whole night planned for weeks and I'm not gonna let this ruin it. Let's forget about our worries. They'll still be there tomorrow. Who's with me?" I say. Everyone raised their hand except Connor and Liam. I was honestly surprised to see that Lily had raised her hand as well. "Alright, first thing I had planned was going to see a movie. Obviously with all the people that have agreed to this night we be able to go to the movie theater but we can go back to my house and watch a movie in the living room. Liam if you could stay here with Connor that would be great. We just need the day off from parental figures to." I say. Liam nodded saying that he'd stay with Connor while us teens went back to the house to watch a movie. "Thank you Liam. After we watch the movie I just want to be able to talk to all of you. Get to know you more than I do right now. Sofia I want you to invite Eben and I'll invite Sadie. I haven't had the chance to get to have a normal conversations yet and I think today would be the perfect time. After we get to know each other more we can go to the mall and just have some fun. Alright, let's go!" I say and everyone starts cheering before we head out to the cars.

We just got back to my house and Eben and Sadie had arrived as we got there. I had the boys pick out a movie while us girls went to make snacks. "Lily, I'm really glad you decided to do this with us. I've only gotten to know your bitchy side but tonight I hope to get to see the part of you that you had before you turned." I say smiling at her.

"I'm glad I decided to tag along. I never got to do this back in the 1800's so I thought why not. Plus you guys have kinda grown on me." She replied smiling back.

We finished making the snacks and brought them all to the living room. I'm honestly surprised we were all able to fit on the furniture. The movie the boys decided on was Superbad and it was honestly super funny. I don't think I've ever seen a movie that funny before. (I highly recommend watching this movie. It's hilarious and I don't think I've ever laughed as much as did watching that movie)

After the movie was over we gathered around and just told the group some things about us that not many people knew. "You know the boys and I actually wanted to start a band together but that kinda got thrown out the window when we became vampires." Corbyn said.

"Wait, you guys sing?" I ask genuinely wanting to know.

"Yeah, Daniel can play a bunch of instruments too. We write songs but we've never shared them with anyone before." Jonah answered.

"You guys should sing one for us!" Sadie said excited.

"Uh, ok. Do you guys have a guitar?" Daniel asked.

"Yeah, I do. Let me go grab it." I say before speeding up stairs and back down with the guitar in my hands. "Woah, that speed really comes in handy." I say handing Daniel the guitar as everyone started laughing.

"Ok, boys let's sing... Love Song." Jack said. The boys nodded and Daniel began to strum the guitar. Daniel started singing and wow. His voice is amazing.

As they finished out the song I sat there amazed at how well they sounded together. "Wow! Guys that was amazing. I think I might have a solution to your problem though. If you guys don't show your faces then no one will know that you aren't aging. It might be hard to get signed but at least your secret is safe." I say.

"I'm not sure that's such a great idea. Wouldn't it be hard to not show our faces. If we're out touring we'd get so sweaty on stage." Zach said.

"I think it's a great idea. If your on your you can always cool off by having an intermission of some sort. Your secrets safe and you get to live out your dream. You can't pass down this opportunity." Wesley said.

"We have to at least finish high school first. We can't just start a band right now. Our focus should be on school and solving the problems that keep coming up." Jonah said.

"I completely agree. It's a good idea and we can do it when we don't have school to worry about. We're already seniors so we don't even have to wait that long." Corbyn spoke up. (Everyone is the same age for this story not counting there vampire years of life. There all 17 at the moment Kian being 18 from the birthday I put in for him.) Everyone else nodded in agreement.

"So it's settled. When we graduate we'll make a band." Jack said happily.

We continued to get to know each other more and headed to the mall afterwards. This has been one of the best days i've had since all this supernatural stuff happened and i'm glad i got to spend it with my friends.
