Chapter Twenty-Two

Ryannes POV

"You're right! I love you and I will never let you go! Who cares about them! Kiss me!" I say to him trying to be sexy. He grabs me and pulls me close and then.....it goes dark.

I wake up in a girly bedroom with lots of pink and ruffles. "Where the heck am I?" I mutter and Johnny comes into view. "What did you do to me?" I ask and he snickers at me. "You really thought I still love you? Please I hate you! You're rude and bossy and the most ugly girl I've ever met! I never abused you but after you dumped me you made me seem like the bad guy! I didn't even dump you! Yet you still get me back for no reason! Now I want you to stay here where you can't hurt anybody!" He barks. "You are insane! You really think you can keep me here? Besides I never hurt anyone! I have a boyfriend and several friends!" I remark. "Ah but when I kissed you you lost them and I believe your exact words were 'who needs them' so I guess you don't!" He laughs and I snarl at him. "You see, Ryanne, no one loves you! No one ever did! They pitied you and were scared of you but never truly loved you!" He says and I get really mad and lunge at him. He grabs my wrists. "Now now! We mustn't be vicious! You will be let out eventually but after we broke up I became an official cop as soon as I turned 18 and got you under a warrant for arrest and I may have tipped someone off about that little collection of pot you have under your bed!" He laughs. "You WHAT?! Do you realize what the punishment for that is?" I ask. "I'm a cop! You have an arrest warrant for 1 year in jail but then they added 10 years for mental illness caused by the weed." He responds. "I have an 11 year sentence!" I yell. "Yep but I convinced them to let you stay in this room, which is a room in an insane asylum by the way, and the court agreed so you couldn't hurt anyone else." He says. "Anyone.....else?" I ask. "They believe you murdered someone but the only evidence toward you is that you were her sister!" He says. "Sydney? They think I killed my sister? Why would they think that?!" I scream. "Well her cancer was so abrupt and her death was quicker than the doctor predicted and when they did medical exams on the body they found that the death wasn't caused by cancer but by poison. The same poison found in pot plus a fatal poison used for torture and in extreme cases murder." He explains. "Bottom line is they think you did it and they are trying to prove you guilty! Everyone is except your parents! But by the constitution they can't charge you for it unless there's proof so just confess now and this will all go to rest." He states. "I didn't do it!" I yell! "D-does Sarah and Jordyn know yet?" I ask. "They will be informed shortly!" He tells me and leaves me alone to rot in this living hell.
