Chapter 28 The Wedding part 1

Luke's POV

It's the big day and Calum and I are putting our tuxes on. "Dude I'm swearing bullets! How do I know she'll say 'I do'?" Calum asks me. "She said yes to the proposal didn't she? C'mon dude she loves you!" I reassure him. "Do you have any doubts?" He asks. "Nope! Jordyn is my sole mate! If you have doubts then how do you know it'll work out?" I say. "I don't have doubts about the relationship but doubts that it's too soon! I know I want to marry her and I know it'll work out but what if she gets scared that it's too soon? What if it's too early? We're only 19 and what if she has like plans for college and I can't support her! I know the relationship will work but what if I'm not good enough as a husband?" I ask. "If she loves you and you love her then it'll work itself out! Trust me!" I say and he believes me. Michael and Ashton come in looking dapper in their tuxes and Mikey washed all the dye out of his hair just for this. "Ready?" Ash asks. "Yep! But don't we still have another hour?" I ask. "Yah but you've gotta practice your vows!" Mikey explains. "Wait our what?" Calum asks. "Your vows! Your wedding vows! You did remember to right your wedding vows right?" Ashton asks. "Oh god! No!" He says. "I have mine all done so I'll help you right yours." I tell him. "Ok well where do I start?" Cal asks. "Start by writing about how much you love each other and then move on to your promises about what you'll do as her husband! Like how you'll support her and how you'll promise to never look at another woman the way you look at her. Stuff like that!" I tell him. He looks at me all confused and then nods like he got it! He writes and writes for almost five minutes and then asks me if it's ok.

I never thought I could be lucky enough to fall in love with a woman like you! No one else will ever compare to you! I love you for your beauty, your smarts, and most of all I love your big heart that's full of kindness and care! You are my everything and I promise never to let you go!
When he finishes reading my jaw drops! "Dude that's perfect! She might kiss you early!" I laugh and we all do an awkward group hug. This is it! We're getting married!
