I Fell in Love Once

Chapter Five....sos

Michaels POV

"Sydney you have got some talent when it comes to food!" I tell her. "What can I say? I love to eat!" She squeals. "Well I'm glad you beat Calum! He's been undefeated ever since we first became friends!" I say. She laughs at my comment and I smile! I hope I'm making a good impression because I'm not sure if this is gonna go anywhere. Sarah and Calum seem to be having some trouble too but the rest of them are defiantly going to be couples and Cal and I don't have any game! Well, at least I have my hair! Ladies love it when I dye it their favorite color! Ooh that's a good idea! "So Sydney, what's your favorite color?" I ask. "Dunno...maybe light blue or purple. Or red, green, white, really anything!" she responds. "Okay then tell me this, what color would you like me to dye my hair?" I ask. She thinks about this a moment and then smiles. "Well I'd like to see it as maybe a really bright greenish yellow! Like neon! That would look cool but also stupidly hilarious! You could wash it out right away but I would die to see that!" She tells me. I laugh at the thought! "Okay then! Neon yellow it is!" I say.

I'm in the bathroom finishing up my hair when Sydney knocks on the door. "Almost done?" She asks. "Not quite! Just one more thing!" I say and quickly finish up! I step out the door and Sydney doubles over laughing! Not only did I dye my hair the brightest yellow out there but I put on a big puffy yellow dress just to get a laugh out of her. "So what do you think? I think it's my new look! Yah I think I'll wear this to all of my concerts and interviews so everyone can see what Sydney Birdy did to me!" I say through laughs. "Hey not fair I just wanted the hair you can't blame the dress on me!" She protests. "Oh but I can! You see you made me like you! Not intentionally but you did! And now I have to make you smile! I just have to see that beautiful smile so I'll do anything to make you laugh! Even if it means humiliating myself by wearing such an ugly dress! So yes! You should take the blame for both the hair and the dress!" I say smiling at her. She smiles back and then tackles me in a hug! We laugh and lay on our backs just looking at the ceiling. I think I just got a girlfriend! Sweet!
