Chapter 16

After we bought Izzys outfit we went home to get some sleep(hopefully) and later get ready.

Izzy was ahead of me with her bags and stuff. She had her hands full so I decided to go ahead and open the door for her. I touch the door and it opens automatically. I side step to let Izzy pass in front of me. She took the elevator to my room, I'm guessing, and I trailed behind her silently.

"Izzy get away from me with that!!" JAce yelled at his dear loving sister as she held a pair of Chinese ring daggers to his nuts. It was actually a funny sight seeing Jace clutch his nuts with one hand and trying to calm down Izzy with the other.

"Make one wrong move and they go." She said slowly stepping closer and closer till the tips of the daggers were touching his pants. I decided to step in and help Izzy not make a stupid decision that she will regret for like two weeks.

"Come on Iz lets go before you do something stupid." I said as I took her elbow and led her out of the room silently.

"Go to my room and take a nice long shower we still have... two hours left. So go, I'll deal with this." I said pointing to my bedroom door. She hesitated and then nodded.

"He tries anything just shout." She said walking to my door. i sighed and looked at the door behind me. Turning around I opened the door and walked in slowly.

"I'm sorry. I told her about you and Ambriel and she must have been trying to hold it in till we got here but she just flipped out I guess." I explain slowly.

"No, no don't apologize. She had all the good reasons to be mad at me. You have all the good reasons to be mad at me. I'm the one that should be apologizing." He said shaking his head and sitting on his bed.

I sighed and slowly made my way to the door again. I was suddenly stopped by a hand on my wrist. I turned around slowly and faced him.

"I'm truly sorry for what I did. I thought that letting you go was the best but really I was wrong I thought that Ambriel was you. That you had come to Pandemonium. That you were the one that had led me to the alley and started to kiss me. I must have gotten so caught up in the moment that I really didn't notice that she wasn't you. That she was taller, Skinnier, with longer fake red hair and dark brown eyes. I'm so so so sorry Clary." He said grabbing my hands and leading me to his bed so I could sit down on it. I obliged and sat on his bed.

I stared at his face scanning it all over to see if he was lying. I chuckled bitterly and pulled my hands away from his.

"If you were really sorry you wouldn't have said what you did to Ambriel this morning in the kitchen." His face paled and he visibly stiffened.

"That's right I heard you talking with that whore of yours. I don't now how or why I feel in love with you. you never truly loved me. I was never someone you cared for. Everything you did or say was an act. I hate you for what you did but I still love you. I still love you because you were my first everything. You were my first shadowhunter you were my first real boyfriend you were the one how took my virginity you were my first love. I hope to some day hurt you as much as you hurt me." I said tears running down my cheeks.

He was standing up now, His eyes were full of tears. I backed up and opened the door whipping my tears and walking slowly to my room hopefully izzy was In the shower. I plopped down on my bed and closed my eyes taking deep breaths.

Minutes later The bathroom door opened and out came Iz with her hair wet and her new dress on. I had to admit it she looked smoking hot in that black dress. It was my turn to shower so I took my stuff and went to bathroom.

After having a shower and putting on my make up(thanks to Izzy) It was already time to go down stair and great my mother and father. I was nervous as hell but hid it very well. I had decided to put on mi tight, quarter sleeved glittery grey dress with black and glitter pumps. My baby bump was now bigger and more noticeable in this tight dress but that was the reason of this family dinner.

I went down in the elevator with Izzy next to me looking silently at my bump with wide questioning eyes.

Finally the elevator doors opened and we were on the ground floor. I headed silently to the dinning room Isabelle hot on my trail. I got to the huge oak wood double doors and took a deep breath . I opened the doors. The conversation dialed down and all eyes were on us and by us I mean Isabelle and my belly.

"Clary dear! I've missed you so much. How have you been?" Came my mothers sweet voice snapping me back to reality when I felt her delicate hands on my arms. I hugged her immediately.

"I've missed you too mom! I've been great. I really have to tell all of you something very important." I said detaching myself from my mother and making my way to the table filled with food.

After a very long meal and some small talk, i decided it was time to tell the about my secret.

I cleared my throat and instantly all eyes were on me. I let out a deep breath and started talking.

"I may need some time of training." I started saying. Immediately my mother looked at me with worried eyes.

"Why? Whats wrong ?" Said mother and Maryse at the same time. I smiled slily.

"Because I'm sorta sick? You could say that." I said.

"For how long?" mom asked me worried.

" For like nine months give or take a few." I said slowly.

"Why so long?" My mother asked confused. I looked at everyone and they had the same look as my mother. I sighed.

"Because mother, I'm Pregnant!" I said impatiently.
