Oh my gosh, was I a wreck.
I was so tired from tests and the musical and I. Needed. A. Break.
I had started to cry while doing math homewrok, I didn't know why, but then afterwhile, when I had not noticed I was crying, my face felt stiff, I then realized the tears had tried, my homework was soaked in briny, salty tears.
It was Friday, at 10:20 p.m.
I was freaking out.
The bloodtest was the next day.
It would tell us if I had anemia.
I even managed to skip a mile because of it.
I had never skipped a mile in P. E. before.
The only thing I was okay about, was you.
I mean you talked to me that day,
you asked me if I was alright again,
you cracked a joke, a smile,
a genuine smile,
and for once, for the pure happiness, I smiled.
