It was 11:20 p.m. when I had originally written this.
You had just texted me, "Good Night."
Part of me thought, maybe it was for someone else.
The other part of me looked into the light and smiled.
You cared.
I was happy.
I was awake, until midnight, staring at my phone.
I had left my charger, so as I kept checking to see if you texted again, it slowly started to die.
But that didn't wipe the smile.
I fell asleep with one, and I woke up with one.
The little things that made me happy, though.
They really count.
