Whatever it takes

Chapter 11

"You all cheated. I will kill you all," said Shigaraki, but then the door blasted open, as Iida came with the teachers at UA.

"HELP IS HERE," yelled Iida.

Snipe fired multiple shots at Shigaraki, hitting a few, before Kurogiri teleported him and a few of the villains.

"Dad, stay here. The smoke coming out of you means you can't hold this form anymore," said Izuku. Cementross came and built a wall around All Might, as Izuku rushed out, limping.

He looked around, and saw Izumi, standing, with tears still falling.

"MICHAN! Are you okay?" asked Izuku with his voice full of care, as he rushed towards her and hugged her.

"Izuku," she said as she cried.

"Why?" she asked as she sobbed.

"Why what?" asked Izuku.

"Why did you put your life in danger for me?" asked Izumi.

"Because you are my sister," said Izuku cheerfully, though there was a hint of pain in his voice.

"I bullied you, I scarred you, still you almost died saving me," said Izumi, as she held him as if he would disappear as soon as she let go.

"I promised you when we were 3 that I will always protect you," said Izuku, now pain and irritation clear in his voice.

"I love you Izuku, never go away," she said as she held him even tighter.

"I-I love you too, b-but you are h-holding too t-tight, my wound on my back is killing me. C-could you loosen a little?" asked Izuku, now gasping for air.

"AH! SORRY," she yelled as she let go.

As soon as she let go, Izuku fell on his butts, laughing.

"It's okay," said Izuku.

"I am sorry, for everything I have done, every pain I have given to you. I know it can't be forgiven, but..." she said quietly as Izuku interrupted her.

"Don't worry. I have forgiven you. I should have done it even sooner, but I still kept holding a useless grudge. I am sorry for that," said Izuku.

"WHAT! No, I bullied you just because you were quirkless. I beat you multiple times, I ignore you, I stepped on your dreams, I didn't say anything as Bakugo told you to jump off the roof. You are totally justified," said Izumi.

"Even so, you are my sister. I should have forgiven you," said Izuku.

"You never change. Even when it is someone else's fault, you are the one to apologize. You are always caring about others. I am sorry I was such a bitch to you. I have tortured you for over 9 years," she said as she once again hugged him.

"COME ON, I SAID IT'S OKAY. When I saw that beast charging towards you, I couldn't imagine what would have happened if he hit you," whined Izuku.

"Your whining hasn't changed either," she said as they both laughed.

"DEKU KUN!" came a voice.

"Go to your girlfriend," said Izumi, causing Izuku to blush.

"W-what! It isn't like that. Plus, I can't move," said Izuku. He was still bleeding. The armor had disappeared, and a broken leg and the big bruise on the back could be seen.

"Uraraka," said Izuku, as she came and hugged him.

"Never scare me like that," she said crying.

"Sorry, but I couldn't just let him kill my dad or sis, could I?" asked Izuku.

"Hey Izuku, what was with the name you called Izumi by?" asked Shoto.

"Well, that was a nickname I called her by when we were kids," he said sheepishly.

"So what did she call you, Ku Chan?" asked Kirishima.

"No she called hi-" started Bakugo.

"KACCHAN!" Izuku yelled as he pulled him to the ground and covered his mouth.

"I called him Zuzu," said Izumi, as Izuku gave her a betrayed look.

"What? You revealed my nickname so it's only fair that I revealed yours," said Izumi nonchalantly.

"Deku kun, I like Zuzu too. It has a nice ring to it," said Ochako.

"ZUZU IT IS!" he yelled as he hid his face, while Ochako was still hugging him.

"WHAT! Why are you okay with every nickname Round-face likes?" asked an angry and confused Bakugo.

"Because he loves her," said Kirishima jokingly as Izuku blushed a red which was impossible for a human and then fainted. Ochako was also blushing, but when she felt Izuku fainting, she got worried.

"Deku kun?" she asked shaking him but got no response.

"He literally fainted from embarrassment," said Kirishima. Iida then came, and asked what happened.

"... then Deku Kun hit him so hard that everything was shaking," said Ochako.

"Katsudon..." came a voice and everyone turned to Izuku. They saw him drooling, as he repeated 'Katsudon'.

"That's the nerd's favorite food," said Bakugo.

"Hear that Ochako? Keep a note, it will help in the future," said Mina as she came.

"WHAT!" she yelled as she tried to hide her face and buried it into Izuku's shoulder.

Due to exhaustion, Izuku was unconscious for two days. Recovery Girl could not use her quirk on him as he was already tired, so he had to wait for almost a week to get it healed, and they were all given leave for the week.

During that week, he met his mom and apologized, only to be scolded for apologizing when it wasn't his mistake. 

The next day, he and Izumi spent the whole day together at his home, watching movies together. 

"Why didn't you ask Uraraka on a date?" asked Izumi.

"I don't know, why didn't you ask Bakugo on one?" Izuku replied.

"Umm... uh... well..." stuttered Izumi.

"Stuttering is my job, copycat," joked Izuku.

"Fuck off," said Izumi.

Izuku flicked her head.

"Language," he said.

"Shut up," said Izumi.

"So...are you gonna move in with us bro?" asked Izumi.

"No, I prefer living on my own," said Izuku sadly.

"Why?" asked Izumi.

"Well, it's just I train a lot, sleep, and... well..." trailed off Izuku.

"What?" asked Izumi.

He took her to his room. There, she saw multiple drawings. Everywhere. There was one of them as kids, then there was one of him and Shoto, Him and Bakugo, them with their parents, him with Steve. Ochako, Steve, Eraserhead, Present Mic, Hawks, random animals, and some other heroes she didn't know.

Izumi immediately started to click photos.

"Sis, could you not... Wtf, are you actually clicking my pictures? Fuck!!!" yelled Izuku.

"These photos should be seen by everyone," she said.

NOOOOO!" he yelled as he went for the phone.

"Nope. These are pieces of art! How the fuck do you draw so good?" asked Izumi.

"These are not that good," mumbled Izuku, blushing.

"Are you kidding me! Uraraka will definitely love it," said Izumi teasingly. She then took a photo of him while he was flustered.

It was at that moment he knew, he fucked up.
