Day two of the internship had begun. Izumi lied on the couch, sore from all the training she did and all the kicks she received from Gran Torino. He was completely ruthless. She now knew why her dad was shit scared of him. And this was him in his old age. She wondered what he did to her dad in his prime.
Ochako was sore too, she had trained very hard, but she was up and ready to go through it once again. This would make her stronger. She would be one step closer to helping her parents, one step closer to being a hero like Deku.
Bakugo was patrolling with Gang Orca, who had been extremely strict.
"ANGER IS IMPORTANT. BUT YOU DO NOT LET IT CLOUD YOUR JUDGEMENT NOR DO YOU LET IT GET IN THE WAY OF YOUR OR YOUR PARTNER'S HERO WORK!" he yelled.
"Partners are for weak. I work alone," said Bakugo cockily.
"AND THAT IS WHY YOU WILL DIE! TEAMWORK AND COOPERATION ARE NOT ONLY IMPORTANT FOR HERO WORK BUT ALSO FOR SURVIVAL. ACCEPTING AND GIVING HELP SHOWS TRUE STRENGTH, NOT EMPTY WORDS AND EXCESSIVE ANGER," Gang Orca told him.
Now Bakugo was prideful. He was cocky and never listened to anyone. But after All Might, Gang Orca was someone he respected. If he was saying something, he would definitely think over it.
Kaminari was in the gym, practicing boxing.
"You need to be faster. Faster than this," said Steve, and Kaminari tried to increase his speed.
All of a sudden, the boxing bag burst, and a lot of sand came out.
"Good. Now you need to practice punching on wooden dummies," said Steve as he guided him to a separate room filled with wooden dummies, hanging logs to dodge, and a wooden post with a wooden Katana.
"Now, train with the striking dummy," said Steve.
Kaminari went to it and hit it, only for it to rotate and a spike to hit him.
"Oh, did I tell you that this one is a rotating one?" asked Steve.
Finally, we get to Izuku and Tokoyami. Once again, they were chasing Hawks across the city.
"He's too fast," said Tokoyami, tired.
"He is. I think he was holding back yesterday," said Izuku.
By the time the night came, Izuku was sweating and panting, which Tokoyami had considered impossible as even after Aizawa did his worst and the whole class would be on the floor, Izuku would be raring to go.
"Damn, that was some workout," said Izuku.
"Work out? We ran over 30 kilometers after him, I would consider this a marathon. I wouldn't have been able t run this much had Aizawa sensei not made us do all that training," said Tokoyami panting.
"Well well well, you both look tired. Izuku, go rest. Tokoyami, come with me," said Hawks.
"Huh? There's more training?" he asked, nervous.
"Something similar," said Hawks.
The next moment, Tokoyami was in the air, being held by Hawks.
"H-Hawks!" gasped Tokoyami.
"The sky is amazing right?" he asked.
"Y-yeah," said Tokoyami.
"You know, I requested for you because I thought you were wasting your potential. Up here, you can get a bird's eye on everything. We're birds of a feather, we shouldn't get restricted to the ground," said Hawks, as he finally landed a the top of a communication tower.
