Chapter 29

Finally, the day of class was there, and some of them were sitting, waiting for Aizawa and others. Earlier in the morning, the media had surrounded the school. The fact that the UA school festival's first year was already working as a hero had caught the attention of the media.

"Damn, we got really famous," said Kirishima rubbing the back of his head.

"Yeah. Some girls even asked me out," said Kaminari with an irritated look on his face. Jirou had just reached but stopped to hear what they were saying.

"So what did you say?" asked Kirishima.

"I said yes," said Kaminari sarcastically, which Kirishima didn't catch on.

"Really?" asked Kirishima.

"Of fucking course not! Dude, understand the sarcasm. I wouldn't cheat on Jirou even for a million dollars. Though those girls were pretty, they were nothing compared to Jirou. No one is," said Kaminari aggressively, angry at Kirishima for even thinking he could cheat on Jirou.

"Really Pikachu?" asked Jirou who entered the class.

"Y-yeah," said Kaminari blushing.

"What's with the stutter?" asked Jirou off-handedly.

"W-well, I-I was contemplating whether to kiss you or not, and then my thoughts went off-track," said Kaminari, and Jirou blushed.

"P-pervert," she said pouting.

"Google it, a pervert is someone who does or fantasizes something not natural or normal for the majority of the people. And me thinking about you isn't perverted, though dirty," said Kaminari with a smirk.

"S-shut up," said Jirou.

"I was joking. You look cute when you blush," said Kaminari.

"Simp," interjected Mina.

"That I am," said Kaminari.

'What did I do to get such a nice boyfriend,' thought Jirou.

The next person to enter was Izuku, who looked more tired than ever.

"What happened Yagi kun?" asked Mina.

"First, I went on the first day as a freelancer with Aizawa the day before yesterday. Well, technically night, but yeah. We apprehended a kidnapper yesterday. Then I worked out but I fucking couldn't sleep after that, which I bet on my life is because of the poison Aizawa makes in the name of coffee. I swear to god, it's so fucking strong that it could pass as your acid," said Izuku.

"Damn nerd, didn't think you could swear so much," said Bakugo.

"Oh yeah? Well try not sleeping for two nights straight and then being chased by fangirls on the way to school," said Izuku snarkily.

"Now now Deku kun, calm down a little," said Ochako as she entered the class.

"Okay Ochako chan," said Izuku with a smile.

'HE CHANGED SO QUICKLY!' was all the class could think.

"Iida, I heard about your brother," said Izuku as he sat next to him.

"He'll be fine Yagi kun," said Iida.

"Iida, just know that we are there for you. And don't take a wrong step in haste or anger. After all, you're the legacy of Ingenium," said Izuku with a smile.

"Hai Yagi kun," said Iida.

'I will capture Stain. I won't let anyone else suffer the same way as my brother,' thought Iida.
